We ate here on the first evening in the resort and had a very good meal.The staff were helpful and offered to move tables when a front one came free!Busy with locals, which is a good sign. I believe closed Sunday evenings.

If you like acai, this is the place to go and not just once. The menu is so amazing and there are so many options: acai shake, acai bowl, acai sunday, acai juices, big, small. The quality of the acai is fantastic and they have two types of quality of acai (the acai premium is a must try).

Close to Salvador by car north on the estrada de coco, this is a traditional destination that maintains its charm even if newer beach destinations to the north are siphoning away some of the traffic.The restaurant is great place to dine with excellent fish and open to spectacular sea views of waves crashing over the reefWe have dined here twice recently renewing our acquaintance from some decades ago. It is still the top notch restaurant in Arembepe with a wide selection of fish and wine and excellent service. Eating on the verandah deck gives full access to the beach and the water for a dip before or after eating We will be returning as soon as we can

Decent- leaning towards expensive prices, amount of food was ok, but I was still hungray afterwards. Food was nothing particularly great. After reading the other reviews on tripadvisor, I was kind of disappointed as I had expected more of this place.

This restaurant is under a tree-- a massive mango tree well worth the trip in and of itself. There is a massive net that catches the mangos so you don't get boinked on the head if you eat outside. We never visit the coast without a stop here for the best in sea food and especially the mocquecas cannot be beaten.If you are staying along the coast in another town get instructions because it can be difficult to find the town. After you pass Imbassai about 10k down the road you swill see a sign but the road into Diogo is difficult as it is an acute right hand turn off the main high way running along the coast. Almost looks like a private road, but don't be deterred your there and a couple of Kms of cobble stone, speed bumps and you are there.Definitely worth the trouble.

Do not think that an average rating means that it is not very good for its location. This is a pleasant quiet little restaurant that is simple in all its traits. The food is excellent for the beach community in which this restaurant is located. It is simple fare simply presented but fresh and of excellent quality, delicious catch of the day type fish, fresh salads and beer, presented by lovely people, in a quiet relaxed atmosphere. Don't miss it if you pass that way.

This is an excellent venue to have a special event. Mariana will assist you in planning the menu for the number of guests. The delicious appetizers were followed by a wonderful buffet lunch of fish with vegetables and a maracujá sauce ,fillet with the option of two sauces , 2 different salads, and rice with broccoli. There was a lovely birthday cake and coffee with liquors to follow. Di Jair the musician for the event played a selection of MPB and international music.It was greatly enjoyed by all. The managers Mariana and Alex are professionals and very attentive to their clients and their guests.You can depend on them to host your special event.Muito obrigada por escolher o Cajueiro'S Bar para esta celebração! Visiting Praia do Forte with my family.Stopped by Bistro da Xica to have a lateLunch. We were welcome by a very very simpatetic waitress that explained all the options of the menu, that was basically shrimps or fish or sun dryer meat. We have chosen the Shrimp with coconut cream for tree that was awesome, with rice with spices and âfarofa de bananaâ. As a desert our option was âcocada moleâ with cupuaçu ice cream!!! A must try!!!
