I ordered the ribs with green beans and creamy slaw. There was a cornbread patty which accompanied it, plus I ordered a dill pickle and fried okra. The green beans had some ground pork which was unique and the mayo in the slaw had to be homemade because it had a very unique taste. The cornbread patty I had never seen before and was great. Six sauces on the table was the perfect number (one for each rib of the half slab) and each was slightly unique compared to other BBQ joints I have visited.

My family eats here on a regular basis. We get the family size order, where you get a big container of barbecue, along with buns to make sandwiches with and sides. I love their barbecue! It has a really great sweet flavor, and it's very juicy - and that's without any sort of sauce! They also have many side dishes to choose from. Their mac-n-cheese tends to be well received. This is a great meal to bring home after a long day of work, but Whitt's barbecue could also be great for a nice picnic as well!
Friends took us along for their second visit . We arrived at five and there was no line. Before we left it was out the door.Friendly staff helped our orders. We tried the brisket and chopped pork which were fine and especially loved the side item selection. The Mac and cheese and the meat stew were tasty.Hopefully they will adjust to all the business.
