It's not often that I feel angry enough about a restaurant to write a review the following morning but this sham of a churrascaria has driven me to it. We were encouraged by a menu which promises unlimited beef, lamb, chicken and seafood and the waitress who asked us how we would like our meat to be cooked. We then waited for 20 minutes for the first food to arrive. Instead of being skilfully carved off the skewer according to whether we wanted it medium rare or well done it was unceremoniously plopped onto the plate in a random fashion. The beef hadn't been marinated and had not been well cooked, the outside was burnt to a crisp and the inside was completely raw. Our initial requests for how we wanted our beef cooked were as relevant as the chicken, lamb or seafood which did not materialise. After four visits of the beef skewer our waiter announced that this would be his last visit before dessert, which led to me questioning the other missing choices on the menu. He attempted to say that the seafood was in one of the salads on the salad bar (it was, but why bill it on the main menu) and it was never really explained where the rest of the meat choices were. To be fair he did continue visiting afterwards with more beef when we pointed out that it was an "all you can eat" offer and for us to say when we had had enough, but how much more badly cooked beef can you eat? The grilled pineapple dessert was also poor, they seem to discard the juicy outside bits and just grill the core! We have eaten in Brazilian restaurants before, this is the culinary equivalent of Jordan pretending to be the Brazilian national football team at the next World Cup. In a city which has given us a number of disappointing dining experiences, this was very much the worst!

This restaurant may have started strong, but it has definitely gone down on ambiance and food quality.Went there for lunch, restaurant hasnât changed much from Huwwara days, and no live music.We ordered Mahashi, Zarb, and Shushbarak.The food was ok, but meat and yogurt wasnât hot enough, which took a big part of the pleasure.We were offered complementary dessert, Halawet al Jibn was good. Waiters were friendly and offered good service.Recently, the restaurant recruited some staff from Levant and are trying to introduce some of Levantâs signature plates such as the Freekeh...however, it wasnât half as good as that in Levant.Prices are on the high side. I would definitely check out other options in Amman for this price range.

This restaurant was recommended. We arrived for an early lunch and were welcomed. Our meal was tasty, salad fresh and nicely presented. We met the Executive chef too!
