Was anticipating a quality steak. Ordered the top-sirloin. It had so much fat and gristle in it. Only 50% was edible. Server was slow, 2 requests for a steak knife. Seemed more interested in conversation with another employee, versus the tables in her area.

A little bird on TripAdvisor tipped me off to this place, and I was not disappointed. In fact, the Oso Buco far exceeded my expectations. My waiter enthusiastically recommended it, and I can say it's the best this side of Boston's North End. Slow-cooked pork shank served over parsnip puree with seasonal vegetablesand mushroom Marsala sauce $26.99. The Old Fashioned knocked it out of the park with a kick, a perfect aperitif to a richly flavored heap of goodness. I was tempted by so much, and I hope I land in another Twigs soon to compare.

They did a very good job of remodeling Jacksons making the extended bar the âcentralâ focal point. Better HDTVâs have been strategically placed throughout the establishment. Our Kiwanis club met in the small house next door (east) to the restaurant. We were catered with several different appetizers.A couple different pizzas, a hot artichoke cheese spread with toasted deli bread, a nice cheese spread with tortillas, some very flavorful tater tots, and veggies with dips. It was a very nice tasty spread. The room could use a bit of sound absorbers as it gets very noisy. Otherwise good food and a nice meeting location.

Very very poor service. Was seated by hostess and waited more than 20 minutes and no one ever came to offer water or take our order. Waitress was sitting in booth nearby with another worker talking the whole time! Completely unsatisfactory! Walked out without any acknowledgement from any staff member.

My wife loves onion rings and I like steak. Last time I was here they did not have steak as a dinner option.. However I found out by a Internet search that this was now available for dinner. The New York strip steak that I ordered and it was cooked perfectly. My wife chose the chicken salad with a side of onion rings which was the main reason we came here. One thing no matter whether you order their sandwiches salad or whatever the amount of onion rings side Jojos or French fries are more than enough for any person. Our server was very helpful and pleasant. She truly seamed to enjoy her job. We will return again.

We stopped in on the tail end of a happy hour week day evening and the tasting room was buzzing. We quickly found a spot and were greeted shortly thereafter. My wife chose a Washington State Chardonnay while I began with the Lou Dog Red Ale. My brew offered nice malty notes with a touch of hop, a smooth and rich beer served in an interesting wide mouth glass. My next selection was another seasonal beer I believe, the Days Pay IPA which offered a moderate hoppy approach, but not bitter or to astringent at all. There was complimentary popcorn to nibble on. We enjoyed this stop and may some day visit again when in Richland.

We went in to try their beer and have a snack, but they were out of 2 beer from their limited menu. We tried the pretzel with spicy butter, it was good. The beer was ok, we had the oatmeal IPA and and brown ale that was sweet and not very carbonated.
