This is good place to eat. Very friendly staff and speak descent english. I have had a hamburger and pizza here. Both were very good. The hamburger was slightly pink which I like, but will turn some people off. The pizza was too large for me to eat. Good thin crust.

My wife and I visited last evening because it was recommended as the #1 rated restaurant in Saronno. This place is a poor example of an Irish pub; it is definitely not a restaurant. Needless to say, we didn't stay. There were a few people at the bar (8pm) ; no one in the back room that supposedly passes for the "restaurant". I guess the natives know better.

Loved the idea of this restaurant when I read the menu. I am a big fan of healthy eating and I love when a restaurant decides to share information about the food they serve and what you are eating. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and the staff were efficient. I had a really delicious burger and my boyfriend had a ginger fish burger which he said was fresh but that he personally would have preferred more ginger. A big shout out also for the coffee which was delicious I didn't try the desserts as I was full but next time I will also go for breakfast. If you are looking for something that has nothing to do with fast food burgers then give this place a try.Dear Mrs Nicole K,Thank you for having shared your positive experience at Burmet! What looks like a modest pastry and coffee shop off the main road in Gerenzano is really a gourmet niche of incredible pastries, amazing salads, delicious cold platters and sandwiches (piadini, focaccia and panini). This is the place to go whether for a snack, for lunch, or for an aperitif. They have an amazingly well-stocked bar and the barista really knows her cocktails. As well as her cappuccino. First, we came for breakfast--homemade chocolate croissants fresh from the oven. Then I saw the impressive aperitif spread, and came back for the aperol spritz. I noticed the spectacular cold platters and salads going around the dining room at lunchtime packed with young professionals, and now we are regulars. This is the best in the area, without a doubt. There is even Veuve Clicquot in the fridge, along with a good selection of international beers. Better yet, a chilled glass or two of Muller Thurgau to go with a hearty salad platter, and some chocolate muffins for dessert.

I've been in this cocktail bar few times and I've never been disappointed.The ambience is quite small and everywhere "the hands" reign supreme; the hands, in fact, are the symbol of this pub and there's even a cocktail with the same name.The atmosphere seems to be deliberately directed to a refinement and perhaps a sort of spiritualism, but is quite welcoming, especially in winter times.The happy hour buffet is the the most disappointing part of the local; it is huge, but the quality cannot be compared with the drinks one, both as raw materials and accuracy in the preparation.The cocktails are the main attraction of this place.You can find titles of the tv series like Lost, Sex and The City, Dexter, but also complicated mixes of tastes in Archimede, il Coso, and a hundred other titles that will leave you speechless.
