With all the great restaurants in this area, I would suggest trying them over this Chili's chain restaurant. The service was terrible... A "miss" on all counts. To the benefit of management, they tried to remedy the situation when it was brought to their attention. Unfortunately, the comped food wreaked havoc on my system. A poor choice on my behalf.

My husband and I thought we would try Loganâs again since we havenât been there in a long time. First I will say our waitress was great. My husband ordered half a rack of ribs with baked sweet potato and asparagus....I ordered grilled chicken with asparagus and baked sweet potato. While waiting on our food 2 waitresses accidentally spilled 2 drinks right beside us. I over heard our waitress ask a bus boy to come clean it up, as of the time we left the restaurant the spill still had not been cleaned up. Now it is almost 40 mins after we ordered and our food finally arrived. My husbands ribs were barely even warm and his asparagus was cold...he decided to just keep the sweet potato. My asparagus didnât arrived and we mentioned it. Of course she said would get it. Meanwhile I begin eating, and finish eating still with no asparagus. Again I will say our waitress was great but the food was horrible. We now remember why we donât go to this Loganâs and why we will not be going back.We're sorry to hear this. Tried this location after about a year away and was not impressed. Server forgot our lemons; we got the appetizer after asking for it AFTER the entrees arrived; coffee was luke-warm; riblets tasted like boiled pork slathered in sauce. Used to be fall-off-the-bone tender, now, had to use knife and fork to separate. Didn't stick around for dessert for obvious reasons.

There was an amplified guitarist in the upper part of the restaurant that was so loud conversation was almost impossible; not a good start to dinner. They have an extensive beer list, but the beers are listed under weird classification and draft, bottles and canned beer all fall in these sections, so working out available draft beers is time consuming. Our waiter was clueless on the draft beers and did not offer any tasting, as a result 2 of our party had to reorder as their first beers were extremely acidic and pushed to one side. 2 of us had the Southern Burger with Sweet Potato Fries - a pretty good burger and the fries were very good. Service was spasmodic! Not a good overall experience.

This is a fun restaurant that has live music many nights. They serve seafood as their main items. The service is good. My only issue was my snapper was over cooked and a little dry. The sauce made it better. Overall a good meal but could have been a little better. Thanks for your feedback! Sorry to hear about your snapper. Had been a year ago and been disappointed. This time service was very good and that made a difference. Ordered the oyster sampler and should have stopped there. It really was done right. Four of each type. Really great toppings. Served hot and just right. The salad was great before our fried oyster plate and the fried ouster and shrimp. We asked for lightly breaded and that was done. The oysters and shrimp were just perfect. The French fries were also. Throughly enjoyed our early dinner and would go back.
