I'm here at 3:30pm on a Tuesday (9/25/18) and the poor cook is having to take orders, tend tables & the bar! I like your food; but this is the 2nd time this summer I've found your folks over stretched. Plan better!Thanks for the feedback. Our bartender dropped something on her toe yesterday, and had to go to the hospital. Instead of having three people during the afternoon shift, we only had two. Fortunately our two manages on duty stepped up to cover the restaurant. I agree that we didn't have adequate staffing after that issue, but we did what we could on the fly to address the situation. She is out again today for the same injury, but we have her shift covered. If you'd like to fill me in on the other time you witnesses the same issue, please feel free to call me directly. I have now been to this location of BWW 4 times and will never return. I like BWW's wings, so I kept giving this location a chance, but no more.I will simply say that this restaurant has among the worst group of managers I have ever dealt with. They could care less about the customer and seem to have all trained at the same school for incompetence with a large dollop of rude. A wonderful recipe for success. This BWW must thank all the gods for college kids (and minors).In general, I divide my ratings simply. 5 stars and 4 stars is Very Highly Recommended and Highly Recommended in general or for specific reasons/items. 3 Stars is simply Recommended for a decent to good meal. 2 stars means only in a pinch and 1 star is NO WAY. I never give 2 stars after only one visit, but if it is absolutely awful I will give 1 star with no intention of ever going back.Uh, 1 star, only because I can't seem to assign less stars.

Been wanting to try since moving to Mississippi. Arrived for dinner for crawfish (called ahead to make sure they had them). Ordered a bloody Mary that was decent-not anything extraordinary. Asked waitress about crawfish and she told me they didn't have any. I told her we called so she went to check. She came back to let me know they had them. They were brought a pound per paper container. I asked for melted butter and she asked me whht kind ... Umm ... Really. The crawfish were bland and overcooked. Very soggy! She brought melted butter when we were done. The cheese and sausage plate was the best part of the meal but honestly over priced for what you get. I'm super sad the experience wasn't better.

The restaurant sits on the edge of the reservoir and provides stunning views and a great location to relax with friends. The selection of fresh sea food available and the knowledge of the wait staff is amazing and the cocktails and drinks available make this place well worth a visit while visiting the Jackson area. The live music was great and really made the place feel alive.

I stopped n Labor Day at the outside bar. It was very nice views of the reservoir and had a tropical like atmosphere. Lots of friendly people and servers. The food was good and reasonably priced. I would recommend the outside bar because of the atmosphere!Hi, Norman! We really appreciate these compliments. Thank you for taking the time to let us know that you enjoyed our view, atmosphere, service, and food! Thank you, also, for recommending our tiki bar. We have recently enclosed it with a clear, vinyl, heated tent, making it comfortable for year-round use! We hope to see you back at Shaggy's very soon!

They have many beers on tap, I know they advertise that they know how to keep it fresh. Iâm not convinced, my wife ordered a Voo Doo Ranger that was perfect. I wanted to try something new so l ordered a Hop Fiasco, came out flat, no head, flavor was awful. Service was good, food was very acceptable, we enjoyed the Mahi Mahi and the classic burger.

Great food, great service, great experience I had the shrimp and tomato app, and Steak with mushrooms . The app was unbelievable, can't wait to go back! We stayed the night at the Hilton Garden Inn, Madison, MS. A short walk across the bridge to the restaurant area.From the outside, the restaurant is very promising. Nice curb appeal.We arrived on a Wednesday night so wasn't too crowded. Didn't have a wait for a table.I told the server I have a gluten allergy and she helped me with the menu. My original order was Mahi Mahi on corn tortillas; an easy sub from the flour tortilla that was on the menu.After my order was taken, a few minutes later our server returned reporting since the restaurant was moving, no corn tortillas were available. So, I went with my second option which was the shrimp & grits.The atmosphere is very sports bar with lots of TVs on. Our order arrived and sitting on top of my gluten free shrimp and grits was a large piece of buttered french bread! Before it was on the table, I refused it. The runner looked at the ticket and yes, was supposed to be gluten free. Back it went.I always get a sick feeling once something is taken back, all they do is remove the bread and bring the same order back. I told the runner I had to have a new dish. He assured me a new one would be made. A little while later, a manager came out, apologized and said it wouldn't be too much longer.A new dish arrived and it was very good. Lots of shrimp in grits that were a good consistency. The cheese sauce was a tad bit on the heavy side but all worked well together.Thank you for your review. Weâre sorry that on over-eager food runner placed our traditional bread garnish on your dish without carefully reviewing the check. That will be addressed with our staff. Weâre happy to hear it was immediately remedied with a brand new plate of food and a visit from our manager to make sure you were taken care of.

We placed a takeout order on our way into town after a long dayâs drive from St Louis. The restaurant was very close to our hotel, so my son and I walked over to pick up the order after we checked in.We arrived to find that they had not even put our order in and then had to wait another 30 minutes for the food to be made.We walked back over and found that they had given my daughter the wrong side.The food was just ok. The burger meat itself was very flavorful and huge, but the rest of the burger was mediocre. The chicken tenders were just ok according to my teenage daughters. Ralph I am sorry to hear of your experience in my restaurant. This is definitely not how we like to conduct business. I really appreciate the feedback and will be making the necessary adjustments to make sure this doesnât happen in the future. Thank you
