We arrived just after opening time but still managed to get a booking for visits within 30 minutes. Had we been delayed any one of the on-site restaurants would have supplied a coffee.We chose to do the museum and boat tour first. The museum is excellent. The english commentary for the boat is eccentric.The guided tour of the main buildings was very informative and our guide had perfect english.We ended our day with lunch in one of the restaurants. Proper food served at reasonable prices, something UK establishments could learn from.

Sympathique établissement, accueil et service chaleureux, cadre agréable et très bonne cuisine, poisson du jours pour le repas du midi. Ãpicerie vendant des produits de Groix...nous nous reverrons avec plaisir !

Lively, unstuffy, and right on the beachâserves well-priced food of a good standard all day and late into the evening. Extended hours and the abolition of strictly demarcated meal times make the Moulin Vert much more like an urban diner than a provincial seaside resto. Many prefer that.
