First of all, my wife sent the sandwich back because of a minuscule piece of cheese and a mostly turkey. Tomato soup was fair. My chicken breast was covered with an awful barbecue sauce, the baked squash was tasteless, and the bar bourbon was positively nasty. Won’t be back.

The good thing about franchise restaurants is that by definition they're consistent. Food choices and decor are consistent. It was burger night, and ours were cooked just as ordered. Portion size was right. Our wait staff member could have been more attentive. But I wouldn't consider the service bad or poor. The dining area should have been cleaner considering it was a week night and only 6:30.For some reason I just felt uncomfortable, uneasy. It could have been the unruly children, willfully defiant of their parents. (Surround by them). It could be I was over dressed wearing pants, shoes, long sleeve shirt and had shaved that morning. But the burgers were good.

This is not your usual restaurant as it is located of the turnpike and no large sign to direct you but it has a different feel but has a small bar and choices of craft and regular beer and a varied menu which should fit any taste altho sad to see egg salad sandwich is no longer on menu. Had 1./2 sandwich and soup which was chicken bean and had a delicious flavor with just enough "hot" to be very welcome during jour recent cold spell. Wild game burgers and different sausage offerings and a good change of pace from the usual.
