An interesting bar hidden just off the main street in Novosibirsk, not far from the Lenin statue. Strangely the first sign of the bar was a London taxi cab, which certainly made me feel at home, even if not having to talk to a Tottenham supporting cabbie about "a lot of Russians moving in round 'ere", was quite a relief. The bar was expensively and very comfortably furnished, with a comprehensive cocktail menu and several microbrewery brewed beers.The staff were attentive, but in general spoke limited English, drinks were good and for the standard of the bar the drinks were reasonably priced. I was there on a Wednesday night and it was fairly quiet, but I imagine the bar would be enjoyable on a weekend evening. There are other bars and restaurants within 1-2 minutes walk, so worth visiting even if just to experience the decor/atmosphere.

Gusi restaurant is at the same time a microbrewery.The beers are really excellent. I tasted the stout and the white beer. Both were of high quality.The menu proposes a broad choice of starters, soups, typical Russian food and some fishes. Every thing is tasty.The staff is efficient and welcoming. Good location, modest pricing, wide selection on the menu, kids-friendly, spacious, modern, what else can you ask for? Comfortable seats, quick service despite the fact that it was busy. You have to climb a few flights of stairs and they have hookah smoking inside, but those didn't seem to be very disturbing problems. The place is moderately noisy, but has a delightful relaxing atmosphere. I'd certainly like to go there again. ÐобÑÑй денÑ, УважаемÑй ÐоÑÑÑ! The restaurant is a short and pleasant walk away from the Park Inn hotel. The weather in June was excellent so enjoyed having dinner on the terrace. The menu is very varied so it's difficult to make a choice. Great choice in draft beers. Overall the food quality was good (had Greek salad and grilled salmon) and the portions are rich. Good value for money. The service tend to be a bit slow even though the inside restaurant was virtually empty and there weren't that many people on the terrace either. Nevertheless an enjoyable experience.

Nice place with hundreds of Black-Lable whisky bottle decoration offering a wide variety of food types. We tried their freshly made dumplings of different types, and they were excellent and wonderful. Sushi was a bit stale and can be avoided. Didnât realise Goodmanâs was a Russian chain until this visit, the waiter (Dimitri) was charming and friendly sharing much detail of his hobbies etc, but possibly most importantly the best food to choose, guiding us to a Rib Eye!! The steak was fabulous, as was the wine. Highly recommended
