This is my third visit to the restaurant, and it was great again. The place is beautiful. Worm, classy and with a very welcoming atmosphere. The service was most professional. The food, from start to end, was excellent. The self-made smoked salmon was delicious. The meet for main course was just great and the desert looked like a piece of art. I have been a few times to la carroz and the villages surround it. To my opinion, this is the best restaurant in the area.

Fantastic relaxed dining with great food. Lovely attentive staff, smashing wine list. Canât recommend eating here highly enough, great place to go with family and friends to enjoy good food. Try the ribs or the burger but they have options for veggies too ......... not the norm for french restaurants but this isnât your normal french restaurant.

Pretty grim skiing conditions - whiteout with lens freezing snow. 8 of us sat down for lunch inside (luxury). The menu was very good and the prices reasonable. Portion sizes made sharing the sensible option. The only downside was the waitress (lovely lady) who brought our order in drubs and drabs, and didnât quite have the customer balance quiz the right. That was a minor negative and definitely recommended as a food stop.

More a bar than a restaurant. Excellent ambiance with a small menu and great beers and cocktails.
We have visited here before but decided to go for breakfast this time. The waiter is very friendly and took our order quickly which also arrived promptly. The crepes were delicious and my husband had bread and preserves with butter which was also very fresh. Our drinks were good too. A great place to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine.

If you drop down from Flaine to go shopping or pull off the autoroute at Cluses on your way to Chamonix or Geneva this a great little restaurant. You need to book as they decide at the lst minute they are not so busy or feel like a break and close early or open late so you take your chances. The sole is excellent as is their Chablis and they will service off the bone at the table. Excellent value and after many years still a great place to eat.
