Chilling over dinner and drinks at The Social at Ayala Mall, Cebu. This place was visibly quieter than the surrounding eateries, likely because it is more priceyTheir Signature Social Burger was very juicy and came with crispy bacon. Their Orange Salad with rockets was extremely refreshing and unique. For those who love creamy Carbonara Pasta, theirs would be a must.I had the Salted Caramel Milk Shake and Mojito as well. Both were pretty good.

This restaurant is visited by locals on weekends and guests as well. Great views from top floor, maybe better with and reservation before arriving. Great live music on weekends and great drinks. This place is as laughable as a good Irish joke! The hospitality here is an insult to the Irish. I visited twice thinking that maybe I just experienced a bad night, but it was worse the second time. Great location but thatâs it. AC was off, music blaring so you couldnât talk. I asked the barman to turn it down. He did once but not the second time. Outrageously loud at 1130 am. All rude and bad mannered staff. On my first visit people were smoking at the bar which is illegal in the Philippines. When I challenged the bar tender he said itâs only 1000 pesos for first offence. Given that it is a very small place with tables virtually on top of each other this is a terrible policy. And at 99 pesos the beer is 25-30% more expensive than anywhere close by. Avoid this place as it simply lacks everything that any pub should have. Thereâs nothing Irish about it.
