The dinner room is amazing. Itâs a big dining room in the old castle and everything looks decayed. See pictures. The food is oké but there is not much choice. No special menu for vegetarians. There were only a few guests so it looked like a movie scene. The music was obnoxious. The Oscar Peterson Trio was played during dinner and breakfast ( the next morning ). It doesnât go well with the interior and is definitely not breakfast music.

We were in Brandenburg just for a weekend. After a long walk along the Havel we ended up at Theaterklause. We were positivly surprised about the great ambient of the restaurant as well as the great hospitality (kids included!!!). Tasty food, no reason to complain, thanks for a great evening. We only went here for a drink and sat outside until it got too cold then went inside. The waitress was rushed off her feet but still managed to serve everyone quickly and with a smile. When we went inside and saw the meals people had we wished we'd dined there too. Certainly will next time. The Schwarzbier was lovely and so refreshing. They had a great selection of beer, wine and spirits. Great place to go for a drink or a meal.
