This is the place - everything you want that's Cajun! That's about all I can say. I have never been disappointed! Very relaxed atmosphere with friendly people and some great oysters, crawfish, and gumbo I have ever had! We'll be back again & again!

Walked into a bustling restaurant, with what looked like lots of happy customers, looking forward to a good dining experience. Unfortunately not.The service was extremely slow, the time seemed to pile on, from initial sit down at about 8:30, 10min wait, drinks order, 15min wait, drinks turn up, order, 30min wait, foods turned up luke warm with skins on the sauce. I requested a replacement, wait >20mins while my family ate their âwarmâ meals.To be honest we shouldâve sent them all back but with 4 kids you have to be pragmatic.My family finished their meal, I cancelled my reorder, and the âmanagementâ did me the honour of knocking off my meal only, so $112 later (entrees only) I walked out of the place.The shame of it is the food tasted ok, but the servers have just left it on the pass for way too long.VERY POORWould not recommend this place to anyone, style over substance.We are very sorry for this experience with us! Walking in from Houstonâs Galleria mall, I was charmed by the green bankerâs lamps in the booths. Dark wood gave it a high end pub feel. But the prices gave me pause. I just finished my $20 burger, and it was good, but nothing special. I liked the thin fries, but again, nothing special. Even the appetizers reside in the $15-$20 range. I usually indulge, but.... Jeez. Maybe I just need to come back and try a more unique dish.

Located in Bellaire right in the heart of things Bernie's offers a different vision for burgers. Free parking abundant. Very different menu choices including different sides and specials. Waiting staff very kind and helpful. Burger Bus inside is the kitchen area and very clever. Recommend chicken burger as well.

Four of us drove in from Missouri City to check out this place for lunch and we weren't disappointed. The menu had many great choices for three adults as well as a picky teenager. The teen totally enjoyed his hickory pizza and ate it all! Other items we enjoyed were the garden and goat pizza and beef tenderloin fajita salad that had a wonderful feta jalapeno dressing. Our waitress Karla gave us good service and had a great personality. I grew up in Bellaire and enjoyed seeing some of the old pictures on the wall near the restrooms. They brought back great memories!
