We have been to this restaurant multiple times and every time we go there, we feel like home. The food and the hospitality is really good, very friendly staff. They have got large sitting area in and outside. We would definitely recommend this restaurant.

This was a short drive from Hoofddorp where we were staying for a meeting. It seemed busy with locals, but also business men enjoying a beer after work. Service was quick, there were plenty of beers on tap but surprisingly they didn't serve any cider. The schnitzel was delicious - I had it with stroganoff sauce, which did not come out as I expected but it still tasted good. The burger looked good too. On a nice sunny day I imagine if you could sit outside it would be lovely. Since it was rainy we sat inside and it was nice and cozy.

A slightly more peaceful cafe to grab a cafe. Situated next door to the Sheraton on way to the car parks and Hilton. What a great final dinner before seeing the family off tomorrow at the airport. Burgers are wonderful. The spicy fried extremely flavorful. And the salads were also good. But Bob the burger man at Brute is the man. He wonât steer you wrong, will explain the nuances of the menu, etc. Who knew Hoofddorp served up some rockinâ burgers. Go to Brute. Youâll love it!

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of food at this hotel restaurant. Sine we had a long layover at AMS, we ate three meals here â lunch, dinner, breakfast. All exceeded expectations. Salmon at dinner was especially moist and Uruguay steak was also good. Fruit at breakfast was delicious.

The location is great with easy access to a large car park so no hassle to get there by car. We found the ratio price/quality/originality quite good even if I am finding restaurants always too expensive in the Netherlands.Slightly Asian inspired, the menu offers quite a lot of dishes based on fish but meat lovers can also find their specialities (including the burger of course).The service was good with people who are paying attention to their customers and tables.Only the kitchen was potentially a bit slow for serving relatively simple dishes to prepare.Try to be a bit faster and you will surely reach a higher ranking!
