Jausenstation Premhub hat leider immer wieder einen Besitzerwechsel nach dem anderen. War im Mai nach aktueller Neueröffnung dort zu Gast. Gastgarten war an einem Sonntagnachmittag fast leer.Liegt vielleicht an den Ãffnungszeiten ( man findet sie nur auf FB und es ist geöffnet wie es den Wirtsleuten passt so scheint es ).Wir haben uns eine Brettljausen bestellt. Leider war die ein völliger Reinfall. Anders wie erwartet bekamen wir statt einem guten Bauernbrot ein biliges mittlerweile hartes und alt schmeckendes Fertigbrot. ( Wir waren 4 Personen jeder bekam eine Scheibe. Nachdem wir mehr Brot haben wollten bekamen wir 2 weitere Scheiben.)Aufstrich war wenig und auf keinen Fall selbst gemacht. Wurst und Käse schmeckten alles andere als frisch. Das bisschen Gemüse war leider auch nicht frisch. Schnittlauch war eingefroren.Auf KEINEN Fall zu empfehlen. Wir bemerkten, dass auch andere Gäste ihre Bestellungen bemängelten. Man könnte so viel daraus machen..nur leider wird sich die Jausenstation auch dieses Mal bestimmt nicht lange halten. Um etwas trinken zu gehen werde ich bestimmt wieder die Premhub aufsuchen, für alles weitere nicht. Also auf ein Bier lohnt sich der Besuch, für Esse allerdingst absolut NICHT.Schade,.....

It was such a great place for the gathering of the family. The cold food (which the only thing on the menu "Jause means snack") was delicious.. But forget about the good food, the super friendly staff, the nice atmosphere up there... etc, and just sit on the bench, have a drink and enjoy the mysterious view of Traunsee and the surrounding hills. We're planning to climb the Traunstein this summer, so for sure on the way down we'll definitely stop by at this "station" and have a "jause" once again!

We had a nice lunch here with friendly service and a great location. It was a warm summer day so we could sit on the very large terrace. Prices are fine and good selection on the menu. You can stay in the gasthof too and it is possible to go here by ferry. Family with babies: There is a baby changing room upstairs on the second floor - go up by the elevator.

This almgasthof is a wonderful place for a lunch after a good walk.Access is on foot by either the forest track after parking in the designated area or a shorter but much steeper route through the trees on a marked track It has a variety of animals for the children to feed and pet all in large paddocks. The setting is superb occupying a high pasture with superb views. There is a large terrace with a childrens play area. Suitable for pushchairs if the forest track is used.

We visited the restourant this week during out trip to Austria.It is typical local restautarnt with worm atyhmosfere.The place is nice and well arranged .But the food was poor.We took two portions of fish and a fish-soup.Soup :imagine that you take conserve can of fish in a tomato ,just add boiling water and sereve.The soup was terrible.Fish .One portion was fried in deep oil, the second fried with spices.Both the portions had a smell of stale oil. One portion was overcooked to brown.We do not recommend.

Cosy interior, very friendly and helpful staff (dealing well with my poor german), very good food for quite acceptable price. The service was excellent, food and drinks were served within very short time. Credit cards are accepted. Food was pretty much alright, but the service was really slow. I wouldn't suggest this place if you are hungry - you will have to starve quite long until you get your food. As we entered the restaurant we asked three service personnel for a table. Their answer was always: "you have to ask the lady in red dress". We did, then the red dress lady pointed at another lady wearing the same red dress. Obviously only that lady can assign tables and take orders (we were also not able to place order to other personnel). Looks like there is a very strict division of rolls, but it is extremely inefficient for service. We had a simple meal, a main dish and glass of wine, but it still took us like forever until we could finally pay and get out of there - simply because of the slow service.

We came here with my family of six people after a very nice day on the lake to have some coffee and ice cream, as this establishment has wonderful views of the lake from their patio. Most of our party ordered various desserts and drinks which turned out to be fine if not pretty mediocre. My wife and I ordered two chocolate milks with vanilla ice cream scoops. The drinks came and I had a first big drink- the milk was TOTALLY ROTTEN AND SPOILED. My wife's tasted only slightly off and sour, mine however was utterly rancid and even smelled powerfully. This would normally be no problem, sometimes even at the best places milk can go off quite quickly. You just order another one with fresh milk. But this isn't what happened. The chef, or whoever the person is who slings drinks here, came out and shouted at me and my wife that we were wrong and the milk was totally fresh, as if we were stupid children that were lying or could not tell the difference. He dressed us down thoroughly and made a complete red faced fool of himself. He screamed that it was "ABSOLUTELY FRESH AND I TASTED IT!" never taking a moment or a breath to hear what we had to say. This is an honest account, and I'm very sad to report it. I would have been fine with fresh milk, but shouting at customers instead of offering an apology is absolutely bizarre and mean spirited. It's just bad business. We just wanted a nice day at the lake, but instead we were shouted at for politely sending back spoiled milk. We will never come here again.

We came for dinner, and were very pleased. The menu is diverse, and the fresh lake fish was excellent, as was my curry rizotto and our fresh vegetable salads. The service was friendly, polite and efficient, ans spoke English.
