Our Tirolerhof in Dolsach is a prime example of an extremely well-run village hotel.Locals and international guests alike appreciate our award-winning toque cuisine and come back time and time again.
we stopped in Heiligenblut while driving the Grossglocker. At the Park hotel we had a nice conversation with the staff regarding the area, and that we were looking for a place for dinner. She recommended the Tirolerhof. They have a small menu but everything was prepared exquisitely. We were surprised with a little taste of an appetizer that the chef sent out. my ravioli were delicious and my husband's dinner of escalope of pork medallions were just as tasty. portion sizes were generous and we were disappointed that there was no room for desert.Go out of your way to eat here..not far from Lienz.

Well cooked, well presented and tasty traditional Austrian dishes. The restaurant has a homely and laid back atmosphere that matches the feel of the local area. Hearty food that hits the spot after a day in the mountains.

The environment is beautiful. Nice and cosy, but modern interior. The staff always smiling and very friendly. I don't usually write any reviews, but this restaurant deserves one. We had their homemade meal with sauerkraut as well as some fish meals and all of us were very pleased. Good for families with children too, but great for lovers on romantic holiday too.

The Austrian dining landscape simply would not be what it is, without âSissy Nationaleâ. The way she combines the best elements of the Alps and the Adriatic right here in Carinthia is what makes her incomparable and unparalleled.
We randomly stumbled into this place. One of the best meals we've ever eaten. The reviews do not do this place justice. Clearly Sissy Sonnleitner is a fantastic chef. We ordered everything on the menu. Prices in USA would have been double (or more) and tastes not as complex. This is a must dining experience, worth driving out of your way. Can't wait until breakfast.
We had a long drive and chose a place to have lunch enroute. It proved to be a fabulous choice. We were fortunate to be seated because they were very busy. We each chose one of the daily specials. They included soup and serve yourself salad bar, along with generous portions of either schnitzel or leberkäse, each for under 8 euro. It was all delicious!

The only place to dine a proper meal. Lovely restaurant and building. Sit outside and enjoy the company of the locals. Few foreigners. Lots of happy people. The food was great, fast, well presented and good value.
One of the most enjoyable evenings we have ever had on our bike tours, Andy is an extremely talented cook. The atmosphere is very laid back and cool. Really good range of whiskey. We'll be back again this summer (stock up your whiskey Andy) Looking forward to catching up with you again.

This is a popular place for locals and italian tourists. It is a rather large place with seatings in several rooms and outside. It offers very large portions of the standard local fare, goulash, wienershnitzel, salads and even pasta. The food is a good average and so it is the service.

After a steep climb by car (probably by foot as well) you arrive at this restaurant. It is situated at the top of a mountain (not as high as Grossglockner) and is a typical mountain cabin. The smells are spicy and meaty, which is nice. The menu contains typical Austria dishes and are delicious. :-) For the kids there is a kids menu and a playground, so the parents have time together. :-)The service is excellent! One advice, it's not possible to pay with a credit card, you should bring cash. When you're in the neighbourhood of Kotschauch-Mauthen, you should definitely go to Odenhutte!
