âterrace38 â is a cafe and dining bar. It's a 10 minute walk from Tokushima Station, on the first floor of the building. It's near the Shinmachi bridge.It's open for lunch and dinner, and is closed on Tuesdays.I ordered all-you-can-drink course. The fresh vegetable salad, pizza, and pilaf were so delicious. I went there with large group so dish was large plates full of food. There are two waiters. Waiters were friendly and quick response. If you wish, you can write surprise message on glass window. Itâs so romantic. You will spend a nice time. You can order vegetarians foods in advance. The restaurant is not large, but it has 30 seats. There are counter seats and table areas. Table areas are indoors and outdoor seating is on the terrace. There is large glass window.It is stylish restaurant along the river. The night view is so beautiful. This is the place to go on a date. It was not cheap but I think appropriate price.Dinner ï¿¥3,000ï½ï¿¥3,999Lunch ï¿¥1,000ï½ï¿¥1,999 The menu is some English.There is English speaking staff.There are vegetarian/vegan dishes. (Orange Salad etc.)The restaurant doesn ât have halal dishes.

The place is very small with bar table seating only. Groups might have to wait and split for seating arrangement. It is a typical Japanese street eating place where people just eat and go. They serve ramen, small pizza and fried dishes etc. Only Japanese menu without photos but all tasted good. Portion is small and price is reasonable. Cash only.

This noodle shop has been in business for a long time and many celebrities have visited here. I enjoyed their tokushima ramen which was with dark and heavy soup. The staff was nice.
