The Maharani 2 is a topical Indian restaurant with lots of choices. We had some vegetarian/vegan options and loved it. Very recommendable!

The owner and his staff are the best, and so is the wide variety of sushi. We have been there several times, and each time we are treated wonderfully and the food is incredible. The sashimi was some of the freshest, nicely prepared and presented, and of the highest quality we have ever had. Very good selection of wines are available too. It can be expensive for a group, but we think it was reasonable value for the quality and amounts, and if you just want to sample a few pieces and go low key on the drinks, it is a very good value.WOW! We were there again yesterday - Saturday. You have to book unless you arrive before 20.00. We got in just before the storm. The kitchen was manic but we got all orders in time. just make sure you order plenty and well before you need the next serving. All good again. I will be back.
