This place is a short jaunt over the bridge from Orleans. What a fabulous cosy and friendly little place! We just arrived in town and decided to check this place out based on its high TA rating. We were not disappointed. Since we didnât have a booking, we were seated at the bar where the lovely wait staff looked after us. The food is pan-Asian, and a nice break from the traditional French fare. Such lovely food, wine and people! What more could you ask do? We had the mei salad, pork spring rolls, fried chicken bai buns, and the pork Lo mein. All were delicious. Will definitely be back!! Oh! Thank you 1Foodie1!So happy that you "dare" crossing the bridge to come to our restaurant!It's always a pleasure to see new customers and share them our love of the asian cuisine!All the staff members are really happy to read this from you - they do the best to offer the best service that they can.We will be pleased to see you again!

Only open lunchtime and friday evenings so book way in advance for an evening! Nothing to fault, the decor and atmosphere is authentic, service is flawless and the food was really lovely. Fusion between french and japanese ingredients and cooking techniques. Wine was good too. Minimum price is 38 euros a head for starter main and dessert, you can't have anything less. Would go back again for a special occasion.

I have been living in Tours for several years and Vanne is the best restaurant of the city! I have never been treated as well in a restaurant. The Korean owner is simply adorable and gives all the explanations you need of Korean cuisine. The food is always fresh and everything taste good. We simply loved it!

We had driven from the UK down to the South of France and back for a couple of weeks and had eaten lots of wonderful French food, and in Orleans, we fancied something different. We researched Thai/Chinese/Indian and this little Korean restaurant popped up. Never having eaten Korean food, we gave it a try. The friendly owner was able to guide us (in English) through what was best suited to our tastes, how spicy we wanted it etc. Well it was soo delicious! I asked fro more of the pickled radish - everything is home made.There was plenty of food but we didnt leave feeling bloated. We got there early, around 7 but the restaurant soon filled up and if going later, I would recommend booking. A great find and we would definitely go again next time we are in Orleans.Thank you very much for your nice comment. It was a pleasure to welcome you and hope you enjoyed the Korean cuisine. Came with my wife for a family visit to Angers. She vegan, I'm half vegetarian (I eat fish) so we looked for a suitable place and voila! we found Dazuma. Despite a location not very attractive and a level of forniture that requests an upgrade, the quality of food is very high and you will be served by one of the nicest persone you ever met. Highly recommendable!

For of us we were travelling to Loire Valley and found that place just from here. We all are experienced sushi eaters. Well, it is definitely not top 20 sushi in my life.nothing particular I can say. But you won't find them SOOO nice. No wonder...you are in the middle of FranceWell thank you for visiting us and leaving us your opinion. (Doing so in person would have been also appreciated by the way!)As a sushi chef, I'm well-aware of my skills and hope that i'm not in your "top 20", that would mean you've missed out on a lot of good sushi! I'm just trying to do my best, and please customers as well as I can. The fact you didn't really like our restaurant is one thing, but please, do not lower our capabilities based on our location. We're only an hour and a half away from the sea where you have some of the best quality fish I've had the pleasure of working with (compared to California, Iceland, Spain, Italy, etc..). Well anyways... i'll just keep on trying to improve.. in this beautiful area in the middle of France!

This little Japanese-French restaurant (max 14 people) serves heavenly, fresh food - seated around the open kitchen while watching the chef build a masterpiece of savory dishes using dance-like mouvements..one can see the passion & love he has for his work - excellent fine cuisine - different tastes present in the variety of dishes proposed - combination of smoked foie gras with gravlax salmon and mushrooms// spinach, asparagus & shrimp bisque // tender angus beef pumpkin potato & morel sauce // crispy melted chocolate crunch as dessertâ- accompanied by very tasty red wineThe great thing about this concept: strangers present naturally start talking to each other as the dinner continues - international spirit - countries represented around our table that evening (counting chef Kazumi): Japan, Russia, Italy, France, Belgium â- and we all had an excellent evening and a good laugh Thanks!
