Just had lunch today and arrive a few minutes before they even have the Buffet ready to go. 11:30 rules around and I'm the first up there and there's soggy lemon chicken, overcooked fried rice, the cheapest cut of pork ribs you would ever get and are grizzly and fatty, chow mein which was pretty basic and decent and some Shanghai noodles with a few vegetables in there. Szechuan beef was okay but a bit tough. There was total of three people in there for the 90 minutes that I spent there. I had time to kill so was watching the news on my iPad cuz I would never stay there for 90 minutes otherwise. Fort Saskatchewan laxy great Chinese place so it's well worth the drive in to go to Sherwood Park and get something better for your dollar. I had some Chinese tea and with the buffet it was $15 for lunch which was way too much for what I got. Not one time did the owner come around to see how the food was or clear my plates. And the desert cart? What the heck was that? Plastic little shooter cups with some sort of gelatin flavored thing inside of it. You pull back the plastic and suck it out of the cup and it was pretty gross. In addition to that she had cookies that came out of a package and we're pretty stale. How tough is it to make some Jell-O or mango pudding or some sort of parfait? Don't bother at all if you're going to do something like that as it just validates the fact that you skimp on quality in a huge way. I come to the Fort quite frequently and wish there was better food here for Chinese. The Vietnamese Noodle House on the corner is a much better option if you're feeling you need Asian. One more thing, the bathrooms were horribly dirty and I can just imagine when the last time the urinals were cleaned out. The place itself is pretty dated and dirty in the corners and you feel like you're walking into the 1960s and not in a good way.

We have been to this restaurant several times and find the staff courteous and friendly. Many different combinations and sushi are available here and each dish is fresh. Tonight we chose a chicken and beef and a chicken and shrimp dish which was prepared within 5 minutes an served hot. With beverage, $22.96. Great place to eat when you're looking for a quick meal with an Asian fare.

This little restaurant is top notch. The food is absolutely fantastic, very fresh and flavorful. We both had the combo vermicelli bowl today that has 4 different meats which were succulent and juicy, not hard and chewy like some other disappointing vietnamese restaurants we have tried.We've eaten at Vietnamese restaurants all over Alberta and this is definitely in my top five.The server is quick and polite, decor classy.We ate here for lunch every day this week and will definitely return next time we are in town.If I absolutely had to say something bad about this restaurant I guess I'd say the bathrooms are tiny, but how much time do you spend in there anyway right?

My experience is for a take out family order versus dining in. Pho Hoan Pasteur was suggested by someone else and since I wasn't paying I reluctantly agreed. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Everything that was ordered was consumed by the person who ordered. My dish was very tasty. Loved the salad rolls and onion cake too.

I visited this restaurant a couple of years ago & gave it a 5 star rating. On my visit with my family last week I found that food & service was absolutely fantastic. Everything was very fresh & well prepared. I really love this place.
