I have visited this restaurant twice. It is no frills, you order, get your own drink and sit down. They bring your food to you. The food is freshly prepared. The portions are big, enough for you to eat and have plenty left over to take with you for later. Folks are very friendly. No English is spoken but you can order with their English menu or by looking at the entree pictures listed. I asked for duck and they knew what I was talking about. The establishment is exceptionally clean. For 9.50 Euro I had a great duck, fried noodles and a Karlsberg beer. The food was enough for two people.

I'm not sure it is actually for family, though kids under a certain age eat 1/2 price. It doesn't have the largest selection I've seen in rolls, it was done by piece, but it was good. The food was prompt and if you are cared you get a great deal. Just remember you can have as many rounds as you want, so go slow!!!

Everything was very fresh and tasty. Much better than your average Asian restaurant in Germany. They have all the normal buffet fare as well as sushi and Mongolian grill. We always make time to stop here whenever we are in the Kaiserslautern area. Also great for larger groups as the dining room is huge. Kid friendly.

I'm not a sushi guy but the folks at my table that ordered it really enjoyed it and it was beautifully presented. I started with the salmon tartar and finished with a duck entree. Both were quite good and despite a near full house, everyone was served quickly and professionally. My only compliant, like other European restaurants, is that it's too dark in the dining room. The food is very good but you can barely see it, turn up the lights.

This is a small bistro on the outskirts of the downtown, little bit hidden, so after more than one year after opening it is still waiting for more customers. And I hope they come soon, because this is really good place to eat. Food is excellent and authentic. Owners are very friendly and communicative, so you feel welcome and enjoy the visit.

We, Ichiro and Takako Nakayama, come originally from Osaka (West Japan) which is famous for its tasty cuisine. Our menue offers next to Sushi also Okonomiyaki, which is one of the oldest dishes in Japan and a symbol for Osaka.Typical ingredients in Japane
Very authentic, your not going to find "dragon rolls" or other snake shaped rolls with cream cheese and sauces on top, these are not authentic Japanese sushi. You will find traditional Japanese sushi and other traditional dishes. I found the fish to be very fresh. The Sushi chef knows his craft. He can recommend a Japanese beer or saki to go with your meal. The restaurant is inside the Alcatraz Hotel. Their closed Sunday and Monday. If your a traditional sushi fan, I really think you will like this place. Probably the best sushi restaurant in Kaiserslautern. Oh, they take credit cards.

Authentic Vietnamese food, freshly made in the restaurant, for both vegetarians and non-veggies, including dishes such as Gá»i Cuá»n, Phá», Bún Bò Nam Bá», Bún Thá»t NÆ°á»ng, Bún Chả Giò. The Phá» is special in its spicy broth and regular broth which are both ric
Eating in Germany is difficult if you don't like German food! This place is a go to JUST if you crave the good and different....always consistent in taste and service....Kim is the best editor and always friendly and ready to serve! Have to say that I are there so much i started to get a bit tired of it....but I always had something different and it was always yummy!

We enjoyed the food very much, the calm atmosphere and the kind service from the lady. The decoration is also peaceful and not overwhelmed by aggressive music or pictures on the walls. The lady was calm kind and efficient. I was hoping to eat a nice curry and I wasn't at all disappointed but extremely pleased.
Must try! For the last year I have ordered many random meals from their lunch menu to-go. Each time I have been pleasantly surprised at their fresh vegetables, light sauces and delicious egg flower soup. My favorite menu is the Chicken and Broccoli or the curry. You will be glad you found this hidden gem in Sembach.

Okay, I have been planning to try this place out for a long time, we pass this place on our way to Sembach to pick our son all the time. Is small and parking is limited, I had THAI egg-roll and #42 red curry beef and my wife had mini egg rolls and # 20 chicken with vegetables. Both meals where good but nothing to write home about. We might comeback again but we are not going to go out of our way. The mini egg-rolls are a waste of money. In the time it took to have our meal this place was super busy so people like it too. Both of our meals were super salty.
