I have never left a restaurant because I was worried I would get sick. But this one I did. The entire sushi bar was piled with half eaten plates. No where to sit. This is raw food people - if the area that I need to sit looked like that, what does the kitchen look like. It was Chinese new years evening maybe half of the staff was off. But it looked like a dustbin, I was shocked the health department had not shut them down. I am talking NO place to sit without plated piled. I should of taken photos because I could not believe it either. I will never put my foot in that place again. Raw fish needs a level of trust or you will get maggots in your brain. This place shocked me straight out the door

As we enjoy Asian cuisine, we decided to give this establishment a try... afterwards wishing that we had skipped it all together! The Shanghai Steak was unlike any other I have ever had before - it was deepfried in a crust (and tough as boots), in a sweet and sour sauce. This was okay, but a far cry from a good dish. The sweet and sour chicken was so sweet that we could not eat it on the night (the steak dish was already too sweet) so took it home only to discover that it was about 50% dough with a small piece of chicken hidden deep inside the pocket.Sadly will not be returning - not only because of the quality of the food, but also that I had to wait about 15 minutes longer for my dish to arrive versus my partner's dish.

Wanting something a little different from pizza, burgers, steak houses and seafood we chose Simply Asia for an adult evening out.The shop itself is small and cosy in winter - space wise it is considerably smaller than other restaurants. In summer the doors open and dining can be done alfresco.We enjoyed a mixed platter and chicken peanut satay followed by mains of cashew nut chicken stir fry and my partner had a duck dish. Both meals served with a portion of jasmine rice. Mine was very tasty as was my husbands but he did say the duck was a little overcooked and dry. Tasty overall.I liked that the menu was varied and not too expensive. They have a loyalty programme which allows you to accrue 5% of your bill and entitles members to special offers on meals on certain days.

My wife and I visited this local restaurant one weekday evening and noted that it was well patronized. My wife ordered sushi and I had a set menu. My wife was very happy with her food. The set menu consisted of five generous portions of food, in fact more than I could finish. The quality was very average but quite enjoyable. The service was prompt. I cannot remember whether corkage was charged on the bottle of wine we brought along.

The sushi on the belt is very good and there is a nice variety to choose from. The buffet is worth it. The buffet's food is in smaller portions so you can taste everything. Will go back.

Havimg tested a few sushi restaurants in Bellville, we found Wason to be very good quality and quantity for money paid.Being in our neighbourhood, we make a point of ordering at least every two weeks, doing take-aways. Their platters and extras are well worth a try.Exxellent variety, sushi not over-riced but well balaced and very tasty.Highly recommended.

Service is so fast, felt like they were faster than a fast food take away place. Sushi very delicious. Service good. Sushi a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. They are right next to the play area of Willowbridge, so depending on when you go, might be quite noisy. Otherwise, its a must go to place.

I found this family restaurant some time ago and continue visiting from time to time. I'm not the only one, I see other customers are coming back too. The food is tasty, sushi made with fresh fish, the service is great and personal and the place is unpretentious. After a few visits we established a habit of starting the meal with the most delicious salmon miso soup, we always have salmon rainbow roll and try something new. Last time we had salmon and tuna sashimi, you can tell the quality of the fish is great. I know that Yuz restaurant opens at 13:00 and is closed on Sundays. They have a few free parkings just in front, anywhere else you'll have to pay for the parking.

My family and I visited this restaurant for an early birthday celebration dinner. I was not aware of the fact that reservations are advised for a Saturday night but we were warmly welcomed and shown to our seats. What an experience it turned out to be! The food was tasty and the presentation was lovely. We started with vegetable Spring Rolls and ordered Masaman Curry, Red Curry, Sweet and Sour Crispy Pork and Vegetables, Fried Rice, Jasmine Rice and a Vegetarian Noodle dish. All the dishes tasted great but my personal favourite was the Vegetarian Noodle dish (with cashew nuts). My nephew, a Milkshake Connoisseur, declared the Chocolate Milkshake the best he's ever had and my Sister, the Hot Chocolate Connoisseur, made a similar observation of her drink.
