This is one of the best places I've been recently. We were sitting outside on a nicely designed patio that offers a lot of ambiance. The food is outstanding regarding offered dishes, innovative/creative fusion aspects (local/regional vs. Asian/Japanese) and the presentation. Even of the prices are a bit higher than other restaurants in Aigues-Mortes. this is absolutely worth the money. Highly recommended (reservations required).

The setting is sparse, modern and rather pleasant. Service is brusque, quick and not very friendly. The choice on the menu is rather limited - which is not a bad sign by itself, but the food, which is not bad, could have been better. For starter I had an Asiatic consomme, which was both tasty and nice to look at, alas it was served not hot enough. My main dish was shrimps with mango and other ingredients which was very similar in tastes to my starter but much less successful. The whole experience was certainly above the usual tourist traps you can expect in towns like Aigues-Mortes, but somewhat below what you expect from a real restaurant.Bonjour,Il est dommage que nous n'avions pas pu satisfaire votre fin palais. N'hésitez pas à demander un plat plus chaud quand cela est nécessaire, notre personnel en salle est présent pour satisfaire la moindre demande particulière. De passage sur Aigues-mortes, le hasard ayant bien fait les choses, car je souhaitais manger rapidement au calme, ce qui n'est pas si évident sur Aigues mortes ! De nombreuses Quiches maison aux saveurs différentes ! De bons pelardons fermier sur la salade ! Et la patronne, qui n'as pas la langue dans sa poche pour l'ambiance conviviale !! A refaire sans hésiter !!
