we stopped at Jack's twice while in Zion. i had the BBQ brisket one night and my gf tried the pulled pork sandwich. both very good. they give you BBQ sauces on the side. i tried the chili and it was really good. great service both times. THANKS.

We just weren't impressed with the chimichurri fries. The seasoning was just ok, and they were soft and limp. We were over the moon with the crispy, lightly battered and salted onion rings. My husband ordered the elk burger rare, and it was perfectly cooked. The stew was too peppery for my taste, and the rosemary biscuit was fairly flat and tasteless. Service was nice and responsive. The beer selection was quite broad and we each enjoyed our choices - coffee stout and oktoberfest.

Aptly located at the corner of Serendipity Lane, we stopped here on the way out of our stay at the park looking for a brunch/lunch. Casual, cozy, kinda crazy, Eclectic, friendly vibe. Sat outside amongst the unique decor and enjoyed a WONDERFUL meal!! Eggs Benedict were delicious and beautifully plated with outrageous breakfast potatoes and fresh fruit. Delicious fresh smoothie, excellent coffee, and refreshing sun tea. Would be remiss if I didnât mention the super sweet, interesting, attentive, awesome waitress who worked as though it was her own restaurant- sadly I donât recall her name. Will absolutely go back when in the area.

Springdale - the gateway to Zion National Park has many restaurants but most of those I have tried are best forgotten. The Switchback Grill is an exception. The upscale setting is great and the food and the service were excellent. I recommend the Ahi tuna, which was cooked perfectly though the wasabi mashed potatoes accompaniment was much too heavy on the wasabi. The Halibut asparagus, the Filet mignon, and the Shrimp pasta did not disappoint and the desserts were great. The wine list is good with mostly reasonable prices. A lovely evening close to what has to be one of the most spectacular National Park. This means the world to us to read! From the service to the dishes, our team will always put our best foot forward to give you the best possible. We stopped in here for dinner with our friends during our stay in Springdale. What a fun restaurant with great decor...funky, clever carvings of characters displayed throughout it!!!!Shanna was a great server. She explained the Specials of the Day, answered all of our questions , and even gave us recommendations when we requested them.Beverage prices were quite fair, especially since I received an ample serving of wine instead of the usual half glass. For entrees, I decided to try the Half Rack of Ribs (one of the Specials) and my spouse ordered the 8-ounce Prime Sirloin. Both were delicious, but my spouse hit the jackpot with his Prime Sirloin!!!! That was over-the-top-wonderful and prepared perfectly to his medium-rare request.We stayed in Springdale for two nights......had dinner at another restaurant the second night, but no comparison to our enjoyment of Porter's!!!!

We had a different place in mind for dinner but then noticed this nice looking restaurant from our patio at Desert Pearl Inn on the edge of the property and decided to check it out. We were initially told we would need to wait 20 minutes despite empty tables, but we were seated quicker. The food was amazing rivaling any great big city restaurant. We sat on the patio with another couple we traveled with. We started with the hummus and vegetable platter with was large and beautiful, serving all four of us easily. I had the beet and fruit side salad served over arugula which was excellent and we shared a steak but I canât remember which one. Our friends raved about the stuffed tomato and also really enjoyed the pasta dish they ordered. Portions were very generous and beautifully presented as well. Donât miss this place. Iâd only suggest they open for lunch as well so we could eat there more!!!Thanks a bunch for the review!

Enjoyed the fresh ingredients. House made balsamic vinaigrette was delicious. Pork chops, steamed vegetables perfectly seasoned. A good Rueben sandwich and a Gobbler sandwich with great pepper jelly. Enjoyed all of our meals and would definitely come back if in the area.

After a few hours of hiking The Narrows, we were hungry! And the Spotted Dog was the restaurant to handle that situation. The bread with their special dipping oil, appetizer, dinner, dessert....it was all fabulous. Plus Anna was the best server. Will be back!

We picked this restaurant because of the reviews, our Anniversary and the name Kings Landing (Game of Thrones). And yes it has great atmosphere and wonderful food. I had the salmon and it was fabulous.. we sat outside and the views were awesome. The service was spectacular!This is a must stop when going to Springdale!
