Wahoo: A cry of accomplishment, nickname of the Virginia Cavaliers, a fish or a dandy beach bar and grill? All are correct but my choice would be Wahoo's Waterside Pub & Patio on Gulf Boulevard, Redington Shores.Wahoo's is a quaint, non-pretentious beachy spot serving really good grub, cold beer and wine topped off with friendly staff and patrons. This is a welcome relief from the ubiquitous tourist traps lining the beach. Wahoo's is perfect for locals and visitors in-the-know.There is a paper menu but your best bets are to be found on the daily changing chalk boards. If you are lucky you might snag a parking spot on Gulf Boulevard. We've only been lucky once. Usually we park in the free lot across the boulevard. Also, there are tables outside overlooking the Intracoastal.Did I mention this place ain't fancy? But, what the heck ... WAHOO!

Recommended by Yelp. We love the area. My husband ordered the blackened Shrimp Tacos with Slaw & sautéed spinach sides. He loved it allI ordered the Crab Cake & a cup of Grouper Chowder- oh Wow! Crab Cake was truly filled with Lump crab, more crab than filler- Yeah! The the Grouper Chowder was pretty amazing, I think I have a new favorite chowder. Thanks for the #fivebubblereview Karen. We are a scratch kitchen that takes a lot of pride in the food we serve. I'm glad you enjoyed everything and I look forward to having you back again.

We enjoyed our breakfast here. The diner style food and service was very good, and we would definitely go back again. My husband loved the pancakes, and said they were the best he had this tried. I loved being able to get an entire plate of orange wedges as a side. The food was well prepared and portioned.

Whenever we are in the area Dockside Daves is our first stop. They have great buffalo shrimp, fried shrimp, onion rings. Their seafood soup is a must try, and they also have a great hamburger. One of the best places for seafood in the area. you will not be disappointed.

Stopped in today for hubby's birthday lunch. As always greeted warmly when we arrived & seated quickly as we were there during a quieter time of day. Restaurant is popular & is usually busy. Stacey was our server & she was friendly & attentive. We enjoyed the happy hr special 2 for 1 drinks. My husband had the jalapeno encrusted grouper which was delicious & I had the conch cracker shrimp app with a side salad. I like that they let you make an app into a meal for only $4.95 more. The house salad came with jicama sticks on top which was a nice touch of added crunch. We always enjoy the food, service & atmosphere...just wish we lived closer... but it's worth the 1.5 hr drive from where we live!

Well here is my Review.My Husband and I walked into Slyce (First time in). We were met by a empty hostess station. We waited a few minutes, and going to leave. THEN out of the ladies room came this Bright,Beautiful,Blonde Lady.... She Lit up the room. She greeted us seated us and then waited on us. She walked us through the menu, pointed out things she liked, helped pick a pizza. And then talked me into MOZZARELLA SALAD.(WOW)!!! A must have.. Would have never noticed it if she had not told me. And on top of this she was the Bartender.. Made me the best drink I have had in a while. We where so Pleased with the Service,Food, and Drinks we have already been back to see Christi. Christi is the Bartender go in see her... We have made a Friend and found are new GO TO PLACE.

Great food, relaxing casual atmosphere and gigantic frozen Margaritas - what's not to love? Our server, Amanda K., took great care of us, instantly took our drink orders and brought us a large pitcher of ice water which was greatly appreciated after a day on the beach in the hot Florida sun. Frozen Margaritas followed very shortly and were absolutely delicious. We both had the Chicken Club sandwich and everything was very tasty, cooked perfectly. No room for dessert for either of us as the meals were huge. The Seabreeze overlooks the Intercoastal waterway, great location especially if you want to sit outside on the patio. We'll definitely return. Keep an eye out for George, the resident seabird - he's a regular.Thank you for joining us, Shaun! We're so happy to hear you enjoyed a great experience, and we will be sure to share your compliments with Amanda. Our group ordered eggs Benedict, quiche, Swedish pancakes and coconut cake. Everything was delicious!! The food was fabulous and the other highlight was all of the witty and cute signs everywhere. We enjoyed reading the signs in the trees, fence, boats and other areas. What a treat!
