...as much as I enjoy Applebee's as a food chain, this location under performs greatly. I've tried on three separate occasions (more than I should have) to give them opportunities for redemption, and the experience simply reinforced why I'd recommend going to comparable nearby Friday's or Chili's instead. My last experience during non peak hours, I was immediately seated, but sat nearly 15 mins before I was even offered a menu or water. Mediocre to poor service. Called the store to share my experience with the manager, and also called corporate office.

We visited the Conyers location. The restaurant was clean and the service was good. We ordered the curry chicken, jerk chicken, and the curry goat. All of the food was delicious. It was nice to have authentic Jamaican food. I will definitely return whenever I am in town again.

On a recent visit from Cali------>Atlanta on 7/25/2015, I visited Silk 2 Bar & Grill. I arrived with a party of 3 and we sat at the bar. We ordered drinks and food. The drinks were very good and the food was amazing. We ordered ribs, chicken, fish and pork chops. Our sides were greens, mac & cheese and rice w/gravy. One of the owners, Otis Hayden, was the cook that night. He really put his foot in it. The meals came quickly and were served hot off the grill. They have appetizers, lunch and dinner menus, All of the menus look very delicious! The customer service was amazing and attentive. The crowd was the grown & sexy type. They also have a hookah room and have hookah nights. They have a nice array of hookah pipes & accessories. The music was nice and people were having a great time. There was security at the door and very courteous. I plan on visiting Silk 2 on my next visit this Fall. Yahoo!

We had the philly, 6pc wing, shrimp fried rice combo. It was cooked to order, to perfection. I got the rice with vegetables and I was expecting more vegetables, but it was like the standard fried rice with the carrots and peas. That is the only negative I have. One meal can feed 2 people. Great place.

Since I've been coming here I have become addicted to it. Everyone is so friendly. The staff is wonderful. I love the energy and greeting from ALL the staff. From the cashier who is the greatest to all the line servers. The food is excellent. The sandwich just melts in your mouth. The bread is fresh and soft and the meats are warmed perfectly and the veges are fresh. I love firehouse!!!

Our server was great - personable and quick. However, there were tables everywhere that were not clean, the women's bathroom was not clean, and our food took too long to be cooked and delivered. Saw a lot of standing around by some staff, so I'm thinking with all the poor reviews on here that management is not on top of things. The food was good but we won't be back. The place was half empty on Black Friday. And it's in a mall area. Hm.

I went to this location 2 days in a row and had 2 totally different experiences. I have eaten here before and that was the same then. The first time I ordered the salad bar with a side of salmon. The salmon came out and was a normal piece and looked very good. I enjoyed the meal so much I came back the very next day for it again. Unfortunately, I didn't have the same experience. I ordered the same thing and when the salmi. Arrived it was 4 chunks that looked like small scraps that were taken from somewhere. They were very small and looked horrible. This salmon was nothing like the salmon in size or presentation from the previous day. I also ordered a side of avocado for an additional $2 which never arrived. This place has always been inconsistent. I rate it average because who knows what to expect. You will either get a great meal or someone else's scraps.

This place has the best breakfast ever!! It's small and old...nothing fancy about it just good food. The biscuits are handmade/homemade goodness! Smoked sausage, country ham, bacon, pancakes, eggs, grits....and oohhh salmon croquettes...the list can go on and on!!! The line on Saturdays is out the door and the cars are blocking 1 lane of traffic to turn into this place. If you are looking for breakfast that grandma used to make this is your place!!

The restaurant itself was very nice! I would even say somewhat elegant. The food, however was not as good. The salmon chips were not good and my niece sent them back. They did take the cost off our ticket. When we wanted something we just flagged down whoever was walking by. In other words, the service was not that good. The restaurant was busy which implies that itâs perhaps a popular spot but not that great to me. We did go in towards the end of the night but the service and the food could have been better.
