Confesso que fui surpreendido, pois o local e bem frequentado então cheguem cedo ou liguem para reservar mesas. O atendimento e excelente, o ambiente e bem decorado, o hambúrguer e delicioso, vem em uma tabua com papel forrado, acompanhado de um porção de batata servida em uma pequena fritadeira e três molhos distintos servidos separadamente e também tem os molhos Brooks nas mesas, catchup e mostarda a vontade. Uma delicia e vale a pena comer lá, voltarei mais vezes. A hambúrgueria trabalha com refil de refrigerantes que são servidos durante 1 hora, e só chamar o garçom e solicitar a troca.

Ambiente relativamente simples, mas bem decorado como um hangar, modelos de aviões pendurados nos tetos e nas paredes.Os lanches são bem criativos, como um que leva queijo empanado e lascas de goiabada cascão - muito original e saboroso.Minhas únicas ressalvas: a caipirinha estava MUITO doce e o garçom que bos atendeu era simpático DEMAIS, daquele tipo que não para de fazer piadinhas o tempo inteiro forçando uma conexão com o cliente. Sempre acaba ficando um pouco chato.

Fomos em famÃlia comer um hambúrguer, gostamos muito da comida, muito saboroso. O ambiente é muito agradável, porém não é nada demais pelo alto preço, inclusive o atendimento.

I'm not generally a big fan, as an American, of looking for North American cuisine in foreign countries. But being a frequent visitor to Itu, this restaurant is just a five minute walk from my favorite hotel. The food is good, the atmosphere is lively, lots of TV's for futebol and MMA. When ordering foods, even if described as spicy, don't expect it to light you up, that is not what Brazil does. However, the hamburgers are more than generous. The chicken wings are ok, I would prefer if they were tossed in the Buffalo sauce, but the blue cheese dipping sauce is excellent. Fajitas are not spectacular. After all, this is a burger joint, so go for the amazing burgers! Beer is good with good choices, but cocktails are a bit watered down. Biggest issue I always have is that it seems a bit pricey for what you are getting.

This place is utterly amazing. The service is warm and friendly and you always get a lovely welcome. The place is always busy which is a good sign. They have an excellent range of different cuts of meat served with different sides and sauces- highly recommend the filet mignon and farofa da vovó; heavenly! Be prepared to wait on a Friday or Saturday night if you haven't booked but it is well worth it! Good range of drinks and excellent service. Small premises at the moment but have been assured they are expanding next door. Can't wait!
