I have eaten here on many occasions and the staff has been middle age and experienced. Today I did not see anyone over thirty. In about a year there will be a Cracker Barrel opening less than a quarter mile away. It seems they have given up trying to stay in business. We ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup and were served chicken noodle. There was no broth, an experienced server would not have served it in that condition. After pointing this out we waited about ten minutes for some broth after applying the broth it still was not soup, which explains why it was served with a fork instead of a spoon. Upon deciding not to eat it there since it was now cold we were asked if we wanted a box to take it home. A bowl was never mentioned. Usually the restaurant is full and today it was almost deserted. Not sure why the home office has turned its back on this restaurant before Cracker Barrel has opened. There are too many other options in our area to return to Bob Evans. I would recommend that if you pull into the parking lot and all the handicap parking slots are open donât even bother to slow down.

We had coupons for the buffet that stated comp buffet and we had three. We tried to use two and the coupons were rejected by the computer. A sub manager had us to wait and numerous calls said the coupons were not valid. We showed the mailed brochure that has three and they were sent in February. Long story short, they gave us BOGO and were given an explanation that did not hold water. We are still out the cost of one meal. Way to go not honoring your flier.We DO have other selections in Cincinnati and surrounding area. You should do the right thing, you can not afford to lose customers.Good afternoon, Thomas. Husband had the bbq ribs...they were great...very tender. I had the pulled pork, also very good, ample portions. Great beer selection. Bar area is smoking, restaurant is not. The staff was wonderful...service was prompt and extremely friendly. Prices very fair.

Three couples went for a birthday celebration and were glad we did. Our server, Kat, was so friendly, along with the hostesses and everyone else there. Food was goodâlarge portions & served quickly. I called ahead after booking reservation on Yelp to sat we had a birthday celebration and at end of meal received a complimentary dessertâbread pudding, which was delicious. Weâll be back!

After renovating the drive through, the best Arby's in Campbell County is back and open for business. Despite being close to Northern Kentucky University, the service at this location is far superior to the service at the Alexandria store where they appear to be "phoning it in" or "exercising a tax writeoff". I drive 15 minutes one way past the Alexandria store to go to Highland Heights just to save the time.

It is always great when we go to Mac's in Cold Spring, KY. The service was very friendly and courteous and attentive..already looking forward toour next visit!!

Cincinnati Greek chili is very unique and Skyline is the best. The Cold Spring location has well trained staff of servers. Watch the cooks prepare your food just inside the counter area. If your from out of town and love chili, try the Cold Spring, KY Skyline. Just make sure that you cut and scoop the spaghetti with your fork, not swirl it.

Stopped in here for lunch, ordered the club sandwich with fries. Super good sandwich!! The fries were awesome dipped in mouth watering honey mustard sauce!! Mmmm!! I was so lucky that I saved some of this for a midnight snack because it was perfect!! Our waitress was delightful! Very helpful and sweet. Pricing was decent for the portion size. Oh and the ROLLS!! You are going to love the rolls!

Used to go to Barleycorn's regularly many years ago. So, we were eager to see if not much had changed over the years. The menu is really varied and many choices. The service was excellent. Our lunch was tasty and reasonably prices. We will definitely return.

We've visited Knotty Pine on several occasions and the food is consistently superb. The Chilean Sea Bass is flavorful and cooked perfectly. In fact, everything is cooked perfectly. The steak on the sampler platter is the best I've had anywhere. The greens are deliciously bacon-y (and I normally don't love veggies). The etoufee is packed with delicious flavors. Even the opera cream cake comes out warm and moist every time. I've never had a bad meal here, though things can get a bit spicy. If you can't handle spice, some things can be substituted (like getting scampi shrimp instead of the ones in hot sauce). The servers are usually quite attentive and polite. I recommend reservations if you're going during dinner time.
