Bit chilly, excellent service. Had roast beef. Meat was juicy and tender, roast pots nice, Yorkshire nice but mashed parsnip? red cabbage? ..not what you want with a roast dinner..roast parsnip..yes. The main thing that let the meal down was BISTO GRAVY??!! YUK could have sliced it.. it was so thick. Why would the chef waste all the juices from the meat and not make proper gravy. C'Mon chef ...make your own gravy, you're letting the restaurant down.

Retro style American diner, recently revamped with new menu too (freshly made food and brilliant variety). Clean, friendly atmosphere that also hosts many car and motorbike shows. We also do kids parties, general outside catering and hire out the premises

Went today for lunch for the first time. Loud rappy, and reggae type songs playing when we had expected rock and roll music? Totally took away from the atmosphere. My husband asked waitress if she could do anything about the music and she did then put on one country and western song and one fifties rock and roll song. Food was very nice and a reasonable price, but the music spoilt our visit! Most of customers were older ones so this seemed odd. Thus only 3 out of 5 rating from us.

So came for a cheeky TGI before the cinema and was absolutely wowed by Joanne - she had everything to the table before we even realised we needed it. I havenât been served with such enthusiasm in ages and is actually quite refreshing! The food was also really good, went with the sesame glaze chicken strips and WOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOW they are DELISHALISH. All in all, a tastily simple and quick meal made amazing by some enthused, attentive and bloody efficient service!
