Morton is a village in Tazewell County, Illinois, United States, known for its pumpkins and annual Pumpkin Festival. The population was 16,267 at the 2010 census. Morton, the home of a Caterpillar Inc. distribution facility and a Libby's pumpkin cannery, is part of the Peoria, Illinois Metropolitan Statistical Area. Morton is also home to the corporate headquarters of Morton Buildings Inc. It holds its annual Morton Pumpkin Festival in the second week of September. Morton is the city east of East Peoria on I-74. It is claimed that 85 percent of the world's canned pumpkin is produced in Morton, earning it the designation "Pumpkin Capital of the World".

Quaint little coffee shop that serves alot more than coffee! It is wonderful as it usually has a variety of gluten free pastries, cookies, breads, etc. and all I have had were delicious! They have a great variet for lunch!
The coffee is excellent...they usually have a few flavors of the day and of course many fun coffees!
It has little round tables in a small room...which can be quite noisy if kids are in there, but relaxing when quiet. They also have a table outside and a few chairs on the porch.

We enjoyed a nice visit to the Morton Dairy Queen on a beautiful warm March afternoon. We were promptly greeted by an employee to take our order, the facility looked spotless, workers were friendly, and service was fast. Prices were shockingly high with $ 3.95 for a small blizzard. There is plenty of outdoor seating right on main street, plenty of parking and a fun atmosphere.

So much for the promise. 35 minutes later we were seated. Don’t promise if you can not deliver. Once seated our waitress was there immediately and drink order and meal order taken. Drinks brought out immediately and then our wait began again. 40 minutes later we got our food. If the meal had not been so good, this would have been a disastrous meal. Food quality makes up for a lot.

We love dining at culvers. When the family cannot decide where to eat, we all agree on culvers. Tonight we went through the drive through, and the service was friendly, fast, and professional, from the order taker to the cashier to the young man delivering meals to the car. The parking lot is clean, and just a great place to go. I was surprised that the outside trash can in the driveup was almost full, but they still are 5 stars in my opinion.

I was taken here by friends and was delighted by the quality of food, the pleasant surroundings, and the reasonable price. There was a large supply of various kinds of hot pizza on their buffet bar. There were many other hot foods available for the non-pizza lovers plus an ice cream machine and various desserts available. The quality of pizza was much higher than other pizza buffets I've had before/

Cozy Italian restaurant. Entrees come with soup or salad. I recommend the soup, the Sicilian cream soup--delicious! The stuffed mushrooms were good; a bit too much cheese, but very tasty and rich. The Dijon chicken had a rich cream sauce--very good, and the fettuccine pasta was cooked perfectly. Service was great.

We had a wonderful variety of food. It was hot and all very tasty. The fried food was crisp and good. They have alot of shrimp dishes which we love. The sushi was fresh and the ginger was nice and tangy.
Very good place...we will return!

I was passing through town and stopped here for lunch.I really enjoyed the salsa,the chips were okay.A weekend so I ordered a combo.The food was fresh and hot with good portion sizes. Great staff.Fast and friendly.They have hot sauce for spice lover.I look forward to returning.
