Lunch menu is small. Was excited after reading reviews on here but the only sushi served at lunch were rolls and mostly with breaded and fried stuff inside. Next door is active construction during the day, nothing the restaurant can do about that but it was loud and there was some dust from welding. Service was okay.Thank you for your comments. We were just starting to open for lunch, that´s why we had a reduced menu, now we have the full menu, same as at night, hope you come back and try it!. We apologize for the noise, as you said there wasn´t much we could do about it, luckily they finished.

Very good, very clean, very delicious Sushi restaurant! Very nice chef whos helping find the right rolls for sushi starters or even customizes his sushi to fit the needs of his customers. Plus its kind of a two in restaurant with Puggos. So you can get Suhsi and Fish meals from Natsu Sushi plus Local food (rice, beans, vegetables, meat), fast food (Burger, Fish & Chips) and Isreal food (Humus, Falafel).

Love it so much that I have been 3 times in one week. The food is amazing- fresh fish and great vibe. The sashimi and snapper carpaccio are my favorites. Really. If you're looking for more than rolls, which are the BEST at Koji, this is the place. Prepared by Koji himself, this is real Japanese. Everything is wonderful. I am particularly fond of the salads, fried snapper, any sushi, and always the catch of the day. Delicate, beautiful preparation, and everything is cooked to perfection. You wont get a bad bite at this place and the prices are very reasonable for all that you get. All his lovely servers are knowledgeable and speak fluent English as well. This is the best Japanese in Santa Teresa. Look no further if you're a foodie :)

Our group of 6 ate here one of our first nights on vacation and compared all other meals to it the rest of our stay. We ordered a bunch of sushi and asian dishes and shared, family style. Such a fun, chill atmosphere.

My family is primarily vegan, so choosing Ylang Ylang was simple. The food was terrific, plentiful and delicious. What also makes the meal are the wonderful staff, people we enjoyed seeing and chatting with (in Espanol as best we could) every meal.Thank you for your review! Fusion Mar y Tierra is an authentic restaurant located meters from Cabo Blanco National Park in the Cabuya Province providing visitors with ample parking space. At arrival what strikes you is the authentic nature of the place, settled next to a grazing plot for cows and a dirt road leading to the national park. The second most remarkable feature outside of the food and location is the spotless cleanliness. The kitchen, bathroom and tables were spotless. As the name points too, the menu is varied serving sushi, local Costa Rican fish and meat dishes, pasta and salads. We ordered smoothies that were delicious - the papaya and pineapple where freshly blended with milk from the cows in the plot next door. Having asked for a recommendation we were informed by the very friendly owner that the fish had arrived fresh a few hours ago. The fish filets were perfectly grilled and served with white rice, fresh broccoli and carrots as well as a surprisingly well balanced tangy sauce based on basic ingredients - fish juice, lemon and pepper. The total bill including four smoothies and two main dish dishes was 15,000 colones or the equivalent of 27 U.S dollars. While some places attempt to tackle a varied menu and rarely deliver quality, Fusion Mar y Tierra delivers fresh ingredients with a modern twist in a beautiful rural spacious setting.
