We were going to have lunch but it was dark and all the tvs had the same football game on. Great if you wanted a sports bar. Only one other table having lunch. Bartender was friendly. Think it's more of a night spot. Burgers and tacos

Fun Bar, Reasonable Prices, Hilarious Owner, Variety of Ages and types of customers make it interesting. Didn't try the bar food but burgers looked appealing--better than typical bar fare.

Their year round beers are excellent but their seasonal specials, often only available there, are worth the visit alone (I'm in love with their new Vanilla Porter). The sandwiches are all interesting, quite a few Reuben variations, a Gyro, etc. and exceptional in flavor. Hours are short thanks to the state laws on microbreweries, it's a tasting room rather than a bar, and it's a lively, fun place with an actual German beer garden instead of just outside dining.

We had a group of 12 adults and we had staked out an area for the 4th. The bartenders were awesome, patient and friendly. The Bloody Mary was fabulous. I donât like tomato juice but these were the best blood Marys. Also order the garlic fries in bulk. One plate will not do. Fabulous place!!

Was there 2 years ago for Mothers day with son and family!! Such a special time we had!!! The variety was unbelievable!!! Ham, and the prime rib was out of this world!!! Then,last but not least were the desserts!!!!! Did not know what to take, so tried them ALL!!! The staff was very attentive and there was never an empty bowl or dish on the table!!!!! Everyone needs to try this at least ONCE in their life!!!!! Be prepared to be stuffed!!!!!

A real fun brew-pub. If you have eaten at brew-pubs before you know what to expect. The Beer is the reason for the place and they have a great selection at decent prices here at Sam's. The food selection is limited (as it normally is at brew-pubs) but what they have is very good. We had sandwiches and were quite satisfied. A great place just outside of town--a good break from the crowded downtown area of Red Lodge. Try it!

We enjoyed a light meal with a glass of house wine. We like the ambience of the large pub and the staff were great. Bar tender and our wait person were helpful with our orders. Not noisy even though there were quite a few people eating next to us.

I like their onion rings and sweet potato fries as sides.. both their turkey, bacon, avocado sandwich and their turkey Reuben are favorites. They also make delicious salads. The one drawback in my mind, especially as a single person, is their table seating. Most of the tables are high tops and seat six. I usually wind up seated at the bar unless I go there with a group.
