We are from out of state and stopped in on our way out of town. El Charro is the best Mexican my husband and I have ever had. Employees were very friendly and they all helped each other out. Wish we could say we would be back!!

They are always very prompt on the carry out orders being ready and the food has always been good without any problems sometimes a person is leery about carry out but theyâre always the same quality as the in-house meal

I had lunch again at Don Lupe's and did not have a great experience. I guess it could be my lunch selection (off the lunch menu) but if the place is doing good food, it should carry across the whole menu.My lunch was one of the combo lunches which included a tamale. The tamale was ok, but the remainder of the combo was bland and not very good at all. The combo included a taco and a burrito which which were filled with very bland hamburger. The flavor ot the hamburger filling was not very spicy and reminded me of a bland sloppy joe. I was very disappointed. I would no longer give this place a great rating like I did on my previous experience. I suppose it could be that the cook was out sick, but the food was mediocre at best.

I have known real Mexican people, so I am use to authentic Mexican food. Why would anyone think that a chain of Mexican restaurants owned by white cooperate America be real or good. If you want Mexican food to to El Charro. It actually has menu selections like Carne Asada, Chili Colorado, Carnitas, Chili Verde and Flan.
