An all around simple restaurant with good country cooking at very reasonable prices. My pork chop, green bean, baked potato and roll dinner was way under ten dollars. Quite tasty green beans cooked with bacon. Nice salad bar and desserts, too.

Stopped here on our way home from vacation. Food was good. Avoid the potato soup though. I'm pretty sure it was mostly campbells canned soup. The chicken fried steak was good according to husband. I had the French dip which was very good. Server was friendly and efficient.

Hog Eye has excellent smoked meats. Great sides, too. Fast and friendly service dine-in or carry out service. We've visited for both lunch and dinner.

We were passing through town, and got KFC. Those in our group had chicken little sandwiches, extra crispy chicken, original recipe chicken a biscuit and slaw. All items were hot, properly prepared and tasted great.Service was friendly and we were back on the road quickly.Great experience and highly recommended.
