At approximately 10 pm on September 17, 2016, I received the best service that I have ever received at a fast food restaurant. My sister and I were at Sonic store #2288 on Range Line Rd in Joplin, MO. We were in the drive through line waiting. Suddenly the Car Hop, Karen, came outside and handed us our drinks. She apologized for the wait and explained that the car in front of us had a large order. She said that she would bring our food out to us when it was ready. When we got to the window she handed us our meal and gave us a free drink refill. We checked our bags and our orders were right. My sister and I looked at each other thinking that we must be in the Twilight Zone.

Have eaten here several times while passing thru Joplin. Restaurant is busy, but they handle it well. Food consistently good. Our waiter was great.

This is a great little restaurant inside a business building. Even though you walk up and order at a counter, the atmosphere is that of a cozy pub. The burgers are wonderful and the tenders are some of the best we've ever had. Even the black bean burger was moist and good. There are many beers to choose from, and if you need a refill, you just push the buzzer on the table and a wait person will help you. There is even a social room with a bar and tvs. Great place!
