Reviewed By ricojumarangClose to quite some restaurants and nightspots. Walking distance to Centrio and SM. The room is tidy and roomy even for a single standard. Quiet as well without the noise outside. Bang-for-buck and really worth it, will be my main choice to stay for business trips.

Reviewed By tilled2017I got married in this Hotel on September. The scenery is just perfect for our intimate wedding. One thing that I have to comment is their Restaurant. Despite the nature loving atmosphere, they have limited choices of Vegeterian Foods (e.g Salads). Prior to my wedding, I approached the Restaurant head requesting for a Salad on my wedding day as my lunch and they agreed. On the day of my wedding, we ordered at 9am and has not received my lunch until 11:30am after consistent follow-ups. I got stressed because of this! The next day when I told them, the staff did not even bother to apologize. He said, that happened because they were busy. Staffs need more training on how to prioritize orders and speak to Customers.

Budget Friendly With Great Kitchen
Reviewed By Joe GThis is an old hotel and it shows it's age. The workmanship in places like the washroom is pretty sad. The calking there looked like an angry hack whent nuts with a tube of off white. Having said that, it doesn't cost much at all. I think about $1500 for a double. The beds are quite narrow though so sleeping any extra 10 year old was tough. What impressed me the most was their kitchen. The servings are huge and meal were tasty. as usual, for the Philippines, "out of stock" or "Not available" was unfortunately often the response to menu requests. Cagayan is as close to hell as I've seen on earth but it is what it is and not the hotel's fault. The locks on the doors are worrisome as they look like they could very easily be slipped so leave valuables at the front desk. Security from outside intrusion looks tight but contractors are in and out often enough. The neighbourhood around this hotel is rough too. I did wake up with a couple bites on my body but I could have gotten them anywhere. Maybe do a bed inspection first. One can wonder why I gave it 4 stars: the staff are professional and the food is great, rooms reasonably clean and the rates were cheap for this antiquated, old school relic. If you want to save money and not suffer anything terrible, this is a good choice and recommended by locals.

Reviewed By Candice MI enjoyed my stay here. I think the only problem I had was with the shower cause the heater didn't want to turn on. Also, I asked for the room to be cleaned and I wasn't that satisfied with the cleaning, but all in all the experience was good for the budget spent. The place is near lots of good restos and commute is easy here. The staff is also really nice.

It’s okay but they could do better

We got lost several times. 2) We were told that there would be an additional charge if we decide to use the refrigerator. 3) Additional charge also for a change of towels. 4) Phones don’t work. We can’t call the receptionist. When I asked for the contact number, the receptionist just gave me her cellphone number instead. 5) Toilet flush doesn’t work. Plus on our first night, I noticed that they didn’t clean the bathroom properly. There were still traces of hair on the floor.

Most likely, its target clients are businessmen, transients, travelers and tourists in general with Laguindingan Airport just a mere 5 minutes away. The convenience of being near the airport avoids the rush and traffic.

Reviewed By PDMBOSSThe hotel was easy to find, reception is up a few set of stairs, its definitely not on ground floor so there is a climb. Check in was super quick, no fuss and the receptionist supplied us with a room that suited our needs. The room was large, suitable for 4 people and beds comfortable and clean. The bathroom is classic Filipino, small and compact but clean and functional. Everything worked fine in the room and the staff was helpful. We ate at the coco mango cafe which also was a pleasant experience.
