Ambi is a breathe of fresh air in Anoka, which already has great dive bars and restaurants, but not much for good wine. Excellent wine list and cozy atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating. Great charcuterie tray with meat, cheese, crackers, and fruit and bread tray with oil and great butter. Also, excellent desserts from Truffles and Tortes. Stop in for happy hour or an end-of-the-evening treat.

I did not know this place existed until my daughter mentioned it. It was convenient to my employer so I was first to arrive. We sat at the large table in this small dining room. We had immediate friendly service. We ordered Garlic Cheese bread with Marinara sauce-----the best I have ever had 4 sure !. A most delicious pizza arrived, my pizza dish (pizza toppings and sauce without the crust), Rigatoni and tortellini were served quickly....yum, every bit of it. The birthday girl forgot her leftovers in my fridge, so I got to eat it.....it was a fun meal of celebration with great service and food !

I had their cheesy garlic bread and a "Solo" sized (9in) buffalo chicken pizza. All in all it was very good. The restaurant has a nice a atmosphere as well. The service was top notch and the server was really friendly also!

When I first walked in for lunch I wasn't sure what to expect but since I have a passion for Pizza thought I'd give it a try. The place was extremely clean. Found out they have a bountiful buffet for lunch priced to keep a few extra dollars in the wallet to go to either Truffles & Torts or 2 scoops for desert. The Pizza crust was perfect not to thin. not to thick yet crispy. The toppings were very fresh, meats were tender, and there was plenty of cheese on every piece. It is the best kept secret in Anoka. I have been telling all my friends about this little gem.

Haven't been here for several years but was craving their once delicious pizza. My pizza looked nothing like what I remembered from past visits nor like the photo attached to their company profile. In the past their pizzas were full of sausage and lots of cheese. Our sausage was a medium, cut into 8 pcs. Each piece had three small pieces of sausage and a minimal amount of cheese. The crust was properly cooked but not like I remember the original Eddie's Italian sausage pizza that became so popular in Minneapolis many years ago. We paid $25.53 for a medium pizza, 4 slices of cheese bread and one soda. Unless they improve their pizza, I wouldn't go back. Very sad as they are one of the longtime local favorites in my small town.Thank you for dining with us, nancyb890. We appreciate your loyalty and continued trust in our restaurant and staff. Rest assured; we will do everything it takes to make us deserve your recommendation in regard to our pizza. We appreciate your candid feedback, and hope to serve you a delicious meal in the future.

Had friends tell us about this one. The place did not disappoint! We went on a weekend(packed). We will try it on a weekday! The food, service was wonderful. Our server was kept very busy , but always never rushed us. The Walleye cakes are out of bounds good!, a must try! House wine was excellent!
