Minnetonka (/ˌmɪnɪˈtɒŋkə/ MIN-i-TONG-kə) is a suburban city in Hennepin County, Minnesota, United States, eight miles (13 km) west of Minneapolis. The population was 49,734 at the 2010 census. The name comes from the Dakota Indian mni tanka, meaning "great water". The city is the home of Cargill, the country's largest privately owned company, and UnitedHealth Group, the state's largest publicly owned company.

We had a nice quiet lunch with a non-franchised type menu. Stuffed cabbage rolls were excellent. Many items on the menu can be ordered in half orders so the portions are actually manageable. Noise level is subdued so folks can have a conversation with out raising voices to be heard over the music/noise.

Our son had gotten a gift certificated for the store so we thought we would try it. Very neat and inviting inside. Definitely more for a single or couple dining experience as there were only a few tables for more than two. The menu has something for everyone. The two gentlemen filled our order fairly fast as I believe one of them was new. Food was very good and the soups were great. I'm guessing they do very well with the family take-out meals and the specialty items. I was tempted with the pecan pie but looked at the price and passed. Lunch menu offerings are competitively priced so give it a try. This was our first time at one and would stop again.
