We recently tried Domino's pizza for delivery for the first time in many years. Way back, it was a cheap, fair pizza, delivered in record time. It seems that they have improved enormously since then. For many years, we had Pizza Hut, until they changed their crust a couple of years ago. Then, we switched to Toppers, our new favorite in Mankato. Right now, I would have a hard time deciding between Toppers and Domino's! They both have an app to order online. I haven't tried Toppers, but Domino's app is fantastic! If you have a favorite pizza, you can save it, and, next time, ordering is a breeze! Hurrah for Domino's pizza and app!

I'm moving from the area in two weeks, and figured I should try all of the pizza places I had neglected to try over the years. I'm so disappointed that I waited so long to try Toppers, because along with Dino's Pizza in North Mankato, Toppers is the best!We ordered the Chicken Tuscano with no Chicken (vegetarian) and it was phenomenal! Tons of toppings, loads of cheese, very juicy sauce, and delicious crust.Even though it is a little spendy and we just ate there a week ago, we're still going to order another before we leave.

We stopped mid afternoon. Most of the pizzas looked like they had been out for quite awhile. We placed our order and got food quickly. It was ok but not anything fantastic. Last time we wee here the pizzas were fresh from the oven so they tasted better. I suggest waiting to eat here until prime meal times. Tables were all clean but the floor was dirty. The man that took our order was friendly and efficient.

Stopped in here with some friends after an evening meeting. Although it looked like they had a great selection of beers, we opted for some Gin & Tonics. They had several types of gin available. We also had some of their appetizers. All were good.

Over the years, many friends and locals have recommended Gary's Pizza to me. I'm moving soon, and figured it was now or never that I try it. So, I ordered a extra cheese pizza for takeout (The service was fine and the workers were kind). As far as I know, I've had every other pizza in town (with the exception of that new Pieology place), and I can safely say that if Mankato didn't have a Pizza Hut, I'd call Gary's the worst pizza in town. Here's a run-down:1. The crust was bland and crunchy like a cracker.2. The sauce was minimal and not very flavorful3. The cheese was rubbery, and somehow not greasy.Although the pizza was made fresh, it tasted like leftovers. It truly is bizarre to me that so many people love this place. If you're new to the area and want a cheap pizza, I recommend Marco's or one of the nation-wide chains. If you want a truly delicious pizza, I strongly recommend Dino's or Topper's.

Ordered pizza for dinner before the football game. We were in town Tuesday evening for high school football, you order and pay first then they call out your order number when your pizza is done. Wasn't too busy when we got there. Took about 15 minutes to get the pizza, we asked specially for square cut. The pizza was really good. Self service for all. You get your own beverage, paper plates, silverware etc. Thanks for the review.

Passing through Mankato on our way to Minneapolis. Heard great things about this place so had to stop. Located in a nice area downtown. Parking is a little difficult. Once we got there we were seated right away. The service was good. Started out with the cheesy garlic bread which is very good. Then we got our pizzas. I like how the pieces are cut into squares. The sauce was good the right amount of toppings. I thought the crust was a little cardboardie. The taco pizza was marginal. Buffalo chicken pizza was okay. Our other Pizza with multiple toppings was very good. Glad we had a chance to give this place a try.
