My husband's breakfast was fine, my salad was rather disgusting. I spent more time pulling out all the rotten greens than anything. Our server was less than adequate. My husband asked for Twinberry syrup, she said they were all being used. Couldn't she filled a little container for a side of it? I told her about my salad; her response. "oh sorry, have a nice day." I couldn't believe her lack of any customer service skills.

My wife and I each ordered chicken entrees which were very tasty and deliver to our table hot and ready to eat. Our server, Mandy, was attentive, efficient and has a good sense of humor. Ask for her during your next visit here. You will be impressed!

This solid family-restaurant is right off I-35 and I would eat here before eating the the nearby Perkins Restaurant & Bakery. I have nothing against Perkins, it's just that I try to support local places as much as I can.They have a large a varied menu. Everyone should be able to find something they like.I ordered the eggs Benedict, which was excellent. Each muffin had a thick ham slice and lots of Hollandaise sauce and came with a generous helping of hash browns.I was there on a Saturday morning when they a a hot breakfast buffet set up. It seemed to be popular. My 15-year-old ordered a pizza burger for breakfast and he loved it.Service was good.The owner checked us out and told me how her husband named it after her.The place serves decent food at reasonable prices that is break from chains & fast food.

The salads are always fresh, the soup hot, and any kind of pizza just ask. But the best of all is their chicken and mashed potatoes. My husband loves their dessert pizza I just go for seconds on the potatoes and gravy. Something to please everyone. Nice play area for children, also a room for meetings which is a big plus.

We ordered a take out order of Feast for 2 with extra Corn Bread Muffins on New Years Eve. As usual there was more than enough for at least 2 more people. But there was just the two of us, so we can have a feast again and again. BBQ Ribs are the best, not too spicy, not too smokey. Love the Corn Bread Muffins with the special sugar coating topping.Thank you so much for your review! We look forward to seeing you again soon! We truly appreciate your business.

Nice and clean, friendly service.The lunch special was tasty. Though I prefer food with less salt and sauce to really enjoy the flavour of the food.A couple flies kept us company during the meal and we did not really appreciate their company.

This place needs a serious interior update and friendlier staff.Hostess was annoyed we were a party of two on line for a table with two folks in front of us and two folks behind us; It was only semi-busy.Waitress was completely uninterested and just going through the motions. Monotone, "How is everything" and before you can respond she's walking away...The food here is really good though and it came out fast enough.

We live in Mpls and other family members in IA. Owatonna is the 1/2 way point where we often meet for breakfast or lunch. We were tired of meeting at chain restaurants. We hit the jackpot at Costas. Very friendly staff, great âhome cookedâ food, clean and decent prices. Canât wait to try lunch there next time...and maybe a chocolate...or two.We're so glad that we are able to give you such a wonderful experience at Costas! Thanks for finding us and supporting local businesses! Definitely make sure to get the candy next time if you haven't. You'll be sad you waited to try it! We hope it'll make you want to stop even more often!

We liked Torey's when it was in the west end. Now that they've opened a beautiful new venue downtown, we LOVE it! Our city hasn't had an authentic "dinner club" for fine dining since Jerry's closed 10 years ago. Excellent, adventurous cuisine, expanded bar and food menus. Torey may be the hardest working man in the Owatonna restauranteur and pub industry. He pitches in when needed, anywhere. We saw him cleaning chairs one afternoon. We love that this is a local, family owned venue. Delicious food, great pub for hanging out with a full bar & largest selection of alcohol in Southern MN. And a fun martini menu, to boot! Service is friendly and attentive. Lunch buffet M-F with yummy, satisfying comfy foods, Happy Hours weekdays. There's a fabulous, large venue upstairs--with TWO bars--for meetings, receptions, music, dancing, parties. There's even a new elevator! Check out the pony wall festooned with authentic, charming tin ceiling tiles which were discovered during renovation of this lovely historic building. Two doors--front, and in the back where there's ample free parking. .Thank you for giving us a great review and for recommending our restaurant to others.
