I stopped last night to get the market fresh turkey and Swiss sandwich. No customers were in line inside or outside. The service was slow. When I got home and opened my sandwich, it was beyond disappointing! This is a $9.00 meal! Are you kidding me? I will post a picture of the sandwich I received vs the sandwich they shockingly served. Unbelievable.

A buddy and I decided to give Mike's a try for breakfast. We sat at the front of the seating area. Unfortunately, I forgot to write our waitresses name down and I apologize for that, as she was very good at her job. Once we decided on our choices she was there to take our order. She kept our coffee cups full and stopped by several times to see if we needed anything else. Mike's breakfast specials are amazing. Huge portions for incredibly low prices. I had the Mikes special #7 which included three eggs, five pieces of bacon (thick, not paper thin), hash browns and toast. Our waitress was kind enough to let me substitute two bacon strips for two link sausages. The bacon was crisp and passed my stand alone test. My buddy had Mike's country special #1. Three eggs, a generous portion of ham, hash browns and toast. Needless to say we both took home leftovers for an additional meal. It appeared the coffee was a dark roast variety, as I throughly enjoyed mine but my buddy likes a milder roast, so he had to add more cream. Mike's is one of the best restaurants for large portion breakfast specials I have ever been to.

Food good. Service very slow. 10 minutes after receiving our bier, server returned to take order. 8 minutes later, food delivered. We requested separate plates to share, we should not have had to request them. Took 10 minutes to receive plates. In fact we finished eating our potato skins as she returned. Think I am done with Johnnys.

This is the best restaurant in belleville area by a mile. They only reason i dont give 5 stars is bc they call themselves a rib place and the ribs are their weakest dish... soups are delicious burgers are deadly! Apps are good and beer selection is too! Bbq chicken is amazing and mac n cheese is some of tbe best ever... just dont order the ribs lol!

My review might be skewed. I have only had the pizza sub. However, I have been eating it for almost 40 years. So thats saying something, right? Order it with everything: lettuce, tomato, seasoning, etc...The 8" is probably large enough to fill the average eater. However, A big eater could eat the 16". I have done both, but feel better about myself when I choose the 8". Support the local gems. Go here.

My group stopped in for a after swim breakfast. Leo’s is your typical Coney Island, neither awful nor exceptional. They serve typical coney food which is available anytime of the day. Everyone, except me, ordered breakfast and were not disappointed. My Mediterranean salad was very good with large portion. Could have used more beets, but I like beets. Our group experienced good service and good food. I can understand how sometimes this is lacking. Ambience is okay, tables, chairs, and carpet have seen better days and are in need of some TLC.Ein Prosit

I don't understand why this place is so crowded much of the time. The food isn't that good. Yes, we go there, but not if there's a line. Sunday is out for sure because of the crowds. I'm glad for them being a success, but I don't get it.

Three of us ordered French Onion Soup, waiter never mentioned they don’t serve that item. When our order arrived, we all got a creamy vidalia onion soup instead. Had we known up front, we would have ordered something else. Therefore I got nothing to eat while my family ate their salad and Mac and cheese. Disappointed with lack of communication and slow service. That’s twice this week I ate there and service was slow.

We were here for the Strawberry Festival. This restaurant is situated in the middle of town in Belleville. The outside is inviting. The interior is well done as well. We ate here late on a Friday night after getting done with our work obligations. We sat at the bar. We ordered a group of appetizers (Alligator Voodoo, Bayou Pearls, Catfish Beignets, & Oysters Rockefeller) and red beans and rice. It was a pleasure trying fried alligator bites, fried crawfish and catfish. All of them were well done and solid offerings. The red beans and rice were served with Andouille sausage. They were very good. The food we had here was very good.Service was more interested in doing there closing procedures than serving our needs. So we feel it was a below average server experience. We enjoyed our time here. It is a very good environment to dine. Food offerings were interesting. We would enjoy another trip here to try some of their other offerings. The service here was not attentive (at least for our visit). It is the biggest reason we did not rate this place five stars. (Atmosphere 5 stars, Food 4 stars, Service 3 stars, Value 4 stars, Romantic appeal 5 stars)
