Ja es handelt sich um das Restaurant auf dem Campingplatz. Ja das Essen ist gut, aber der Service ist mehr als fraglich. Vor allem für ein Restaurant auf einem 5-Sterne Platz. Dieser ist aktuell ausgebucht und das Restaurant hat Montags geschlossen. Vorgestern war um 20.00 Uhr Küchenstop. Es wurde keine Bestellungen mehr angenommen, da der Koch zu viele hatte. Mittags hat das Restaurants überhaupt nicht geöffnet. Wir waren einmal da, die Bedienung war seh freundlich und das Essen in Ordnung. Deswegen 2 Punkte. Hier sollte unbedingt Räch vorbei kommen.

Hier sind wir mit der gasamten Familie (9 Personen) zum Essen gewesen und es hat allen (sehr unterschiedliche Geschmacksrichtungen) sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Bedienung ist ausgesprochen freundlich und wir waren daher sehr zufrieden. Aussserdem ein gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

I really do try to see the best in every restaurant. However, the best thing I can say about this meal was that it *looked* good.However the Ostseescholle (plaice), which three of us ordered, was completely tasteless. Not only that but it was greasy and the oil it was cooked in didnât taste very fresh. Weâre a big fan of this delicate fish and have seldom eaten a bad meal with it. So we were quite disappointed. For a restaurant with âfishâ in its name, we found that unacceptable. Even the Bratkartoffeln (fried potatoes) were tasteless and soggy despite the bacon and onions. The side order of fries was about the best thing we had. It was an attractive view from the terrace. The wait staff was friendly but occasionally forgot the things we asked for (napkins). It was, however, very busy. All in all, we would not repeat the experience.

This was our first time to this place. We had dinner with friends in Wilhelm's wintergarden and very much enjoyed the excellent food. Especially the "Probiermenu" was a great choice and evidenced the great potential this restaurant absolutely has. Unfortunately as excellent as the food was, as mediocre was the service. Friendly, but not attentive at all and certainly not at the professional level you'd expect in such place. Only because of the food, we would come again. But raising the service level to the quality level of the kitchen would really make this place a top spot in the area.

Although I have full board at my hotel, after several weeks, one likes to explore. So, we went to this nice little beer house. The food was typical German...and I liked it. I put this on my "to-try" list after checking TripAdvisor online before the trip. Interestingly, having talked to the friendly hotel staff in Kuehlungsborn, I was recommended to dine in this place. So of course I didn't miss it!The interior is nicely decorated with the seamen articles and traditional German furnitures and ornaments, which makes it very unique with the authentic german feel. I ordered a small portion of fried hering with potatoes for the dinner, but it wasn't that small and the meal is surprisingly tasty!Definitely worth a visit!!!

Crowded place, therefore loud. But so many visitors can't be wrong. Very good meat (we had chicken breast, beef fillet and Rumpstak(NY Strip) plus sides). Waiters sometimes not too attentive, basically very friendly. Red wine far too warm. Recommended.

We ate some bruschetta and pasta for lunch. Pasta was average and bruschettas were a bit disappointment - somehow the topping didn't taste fresh enough. The place itself looked quite smart out, but they really could bring the bill a bit faster after asking it, especially if the customer is with a small baby. It was also a bit hard to enter this place with baby carriage, since you have to enter the place via small stairs.

This review is long overdue - we dropped into the VIELMEER, located right on the marina in Ostseebad Kühlungsborn with great sea views from almost anywhere in this popular restaurant. We sat on the outside deck and enjoyed our meal as well as the view of the Baltic sea. An English menu is available if you ask - service was excellent as was our meal.
