Reviewed By Jim BThis hotel is situated on a bluff the looks out on Mt. Denali and the national park. Room was clean and comfortable, nothing exceptional. Restaurant was OK, breakfast buffet a little overpriced. Staff very helpful and attentive. The road up is winding and rough, but cute road signs keep it interesting.

We cater to independent travelers and small groups looking for clean, reasonably accommodations with comfortable beds that are close to Denali National Park. All of our rooms and cabins are simple yet tastefully decorated. We have cabins that cater to couples only and family friendly units. TRANSPORTATION: Sorry NO Shuttle/taxi service-you must have your own vehicle.
Enjoyable stay
Reviewed By Ginny PWe spent two nights at the cabins and had a wonderful experience. The cabins were clean, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. The view from our door was spectacular. The staff took great pride in landscaping and had beautiful hanging baskets at each cabin. We were in a cabin that was a duplex and never heard sounds from the room next door. The insulation must be superb! Every staff member we came in contact with was helpful and pleasant. It was a great experience being at McKinley Creekside Cabins.

Reviewed By victoriaroselee771This was a very nice hotel with a great view. They provided clean rooms. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant offers wonderful meals. The only downfall is that our room was quite the walking distance.

Amazing!
Reviewed By BedCabWe loved this place and the solitude it provided. Our room overlooked the Nenana river! We spent every waking moment taking in the beauty and the views! We brought our own food and had a balcony picnic! We slept with the screen door and fell asleep listening to the river rushing by. It was a 10 out of a 10! Only complaint is not a lot of food options within walking distance but we came prepared and loved it! Thank you Norwegian Cruise Line for selecting this for our tour group!

Perfection in the middle of nowhere

We’ve eaten in the best in Anchorage, DC, Hawaii, Seattle etc….the menu, the food the people are amazing. “Bacon” the bartender treated us to on the fly hand crafted cocktails the best we’ve ever had. We had a pasta dish and the pasta is made daily! The Beef tenderloin was seasoned and cooked to perfection. Finally…deviled eggs! Salmon deviled eggs with house made spicy mustard. OMG!!
