The owners cleaned up a old dive bar and turned it into a Retro raw bar, small plates and creative cocktail eatery. I must say they did a very nice job keeping the historic charm of this old space. Nice tables set off for conversation or the old swivel stool bar for a more lively time. They are spinning vinyl records on a turn table, ask them what they have in there collection and it will most likely get heard! The menu here is centered around a raw bar, the staff will tell you what they have that day and where it came from, we don't eat raw shell fish so we didn't try but other people seemed be enjoying it. We opted for the roast beef sandwiches which they serve on local bread, one from Westfield and the other from Easthampton. The house roasted beef was shaved thin and piled high, one with horse raddish mayo and the other with Gardenaire. We got both kinds of bread and both were great for dipping into the flavorful Au jus. The menu here is small so I hope they change it up or add specials from time to time. I was told the raw bar changes often and they try to buy as much local food as possible. The wine list is small but interesting, they also have a few local taps and some bottles of retro beer like PBR and Schaffer. Didn't try one of the creative cocktails they have but will save that for our next visit. Very cool spot and a nice addition to the Westfield food scene! Enjoy!
