We were happy to see this place open nearby, hoping it would fill the almost total local void of organic and vegan food -- the title certainly seemed to promise it! In truth, this is a pleasant little breakfast and lunch spot with predictable but decent food. The back room and outside tables are great places for lunch and conversation, and the service is friendly and quick. As a long-time vegan, I'm weary of being patronized by the ubiquitous -- and boring! -- hummus wrap, and that's pretty much it if you avoid meat and dairy, so I'm hoping they'll realize that much of the rest of the lit restaurant world has discovered tofu, seitan, tempeh, etc., and that they'll start making more creative fare. But worth a stop, especially compared to the alternatives nearby.
