一人旅のバックパッカーにお勧め
Reviewed By Destination810923女性専用ドミを利用。２段ベッドが２つで４人一部屋。アメニティはバスタオルのみ。共同冷蔵庫、レンジ、ウォーターサーバー（冷水、温水）あり。トイレとシャワーは一つのみ。（シャワー室に大きなシャンプー、リンス、ボディソープ、石鹸あり）部屋にはエアコン、ドレッサー、無料ロッカー、一人２口使えるコンセントあり、各ベッドにライトありですごく快適。スタッフも親切。チェックアウトは１２時だったが、空港シャトルが１４時過ぎ発だった為、荷物を置かせてもらえるか聞いたら、「今日は予約が入っていないから、14時まで部屋を使っていいよ」と言ってもらえた。ハイアットリージェンシー傍にあり、立地も最高。一人旅なら次回もここにする。

A Budget Accommodation at the Outskirt of Garapan
Reviewed By Saricie_QJust as the other review indicates (please see below), this is a guesthouse attached to a dive shop. The dive shop is on the first floor and the guesthouse is on the second. Two rooms share one unit with a bathroom and the public area (where there is a dining table, refrigerator, and small kitchenette. It seems that there are only two units (4 rooms, for 8 people?) at Nana's. The room is clean though I do hope there is at least a small table/desk in the room. The internet works well, possibly the best across all Micronesia outside Guam. It is a bit far from the center of Garapan. A walk to the main street (with many shops and the very large Duty Free Shop-DFS and the casino) is about 10 minutes. The dive shop downstairs closes around 6-7 pm, so there is no reception area after dark (though there is an emergency number that you can call, just in case). The area is residential and not very interesting. However, one of the best (and affordable) restaurant/supermarket, Himawari, is just across the street. This restaurant alone makes stay at Nana's worthwhile. I will review Himawari in another review.

We paid this as gesture of good will as he told us people often cancel and he was busy in this period. We now know the real reason. We booked a fully self contained lodge as we wanted private time and it is really special occasion for us. Fully equipped kitchen and everything that we would need or any normal traveller would require. There is not even a kettle to make a coffee, no knives, forks, chopsticks, plates, nothing. Absolutely nothing. Just kitchen drawers and cupboard full of dead flies and mosquitos. Under the bed, so dirty. The bed linen doesn't even compliment the size of the bed. There is a single duvet on a double bed. Not ironed, okay, don't expect 5 stars accommodation but there is only one thing in mind here, just rip the customers off . My goodness, this place is a dump. So run down, we have taken pictures. The kitchen is dirty without even a kettle or knife and fork in it. The fridge is broken, the oven has been disconnected. The floor we have to asked them to clean it. The wc stained with urine. The whole place is a nightmare. We cannot stay here. The bathroom cabinet makes us sick. And this evening we were told we could use a communal kitchen which words cannot describe. All the pans were rusty. We cannot stay here anymore. This place is a total disgraced. 在我们到达塞班岛之前，房主就提前向我们要20% 房费作为押金，出于好意我们微信转给了房东，他还要我们带香烟给他。我们现在知道原因了。我们订了一个完全独立的小屋，因为我们需要私人空间，这对我们来说是非常特别的假期。但是出乎我们意料的是，这里什么都没有，没有水壶来煮咖啡，没有刀子、叉子、筷子、盘子，什么都没有。什么都没有。只是有肮脏的厨房，抽屉里面装满死苍蝇和死蚊子。床底好脏。床上用品和床的大小根本不相称。双人床上面的被子很小，我也不会指望他们有5星级的标准，但我们给的房费价格几乎可以住4星级了。民宿的位置太偏僻了，前不着村，后不着市。天啊，这地方简直像个垃圾场。所以我们拍了照片。厨房很脏，连水壶、刀叉都没有。冰箱坏了，烤箱已经断了。我们得请房东把地板打扫一下，因为地板很脏。厕所有尿迹。在这里住简直是噩梦。我们只待在这里一个晚上。浴室的柜子让我们恶心。后来，我们被告知我们只可以使用一个公共厨房。所有的平底锅都生锈了。冰箱也是关闭状态的，怎么煮啊？我们预定了7个晚上，严格来讲我们只住了1晚，但是走的时候房东收了2晚的价钱。说我们住了一个早上，这样收钱。感觉被坑了。一次不愉快的住宿体验。建议大家不要浪费金钱住这样的民宿。

Good location but weak wifi and ac didn't work
Reviewed By thelonious22While the location was superb and the room was clean, the complex had not been renovated in decades looking tired. The AC and the wifi did not work either, but after checking in at 3am, we were too exhausted to complain.

I cannot recommend this hotel at all.
Reviewed By auntyfrankI cannot recommend this hotel at all. The rooms smell. There is no fridge, no ice available. The balcony door doesn’t lock. Reception can’t give you a map nor any tourist advice (including about tours). No plug in the basin. The restaurant can only be ‘enjoyed by guests’ at breakfast time, not, as implied on the booking site, for other meals. There is one English language TV station (a Chinese business one). No tissues and no toilet roll holder. The tap and showerhead are calcified (I’m hoping calcified and not mouldy). There are bad cancellation terms. There is no safe. They also have told me on check out that they do not take credit cards. Certainly not what I regard as value for money.

Reviewed By andreasam91Sono stato qui tre notti. Ho prenotato su hotels.com, ho ricevuto una mail con le istruzioni per accedere. La villetta è pulita essendo da solo al momento avevo tutto a disposizione per me. Pulizia buona ogni due giorni, certo se si ha bisogno di qualcosa ci si deve arrangiare. Micronesia mall a due passi.
