Itâs hard to find a good breakfast in a lot of places in Thailand. What Thailand lacks in its breakfast options it makes up with its traditional menus. However Pai Siam Bistro doesnât lack in any area. Staff are very polite and caring as well as the menu being very large. Breakfast served all day and a huge variety of lunch and evening meals. Coffee is superb. Found it hard to find a real good coffee here until I found this little gem. The price is very reasonable as expected and maybe if some things cost a little more than other places. Who cares? The food is worth every penny and the service is second to none. Thanks for the hospitality during my stay. See you all soon.

Hands down the best breakfast in Thailand by a mile! Proper English bacon and sausages, just what you need when you miss home food! Connor was such a lovely chap and made us feel very welcome! He couldnât do enough for us. Free pool and cheap food and drinks. A must go!

This place is a little off the beaten path but only a 5 minute ride from walking street. Very relaxed comfortable atmosphere, could prolly hang out there all day.Egg curry sandwich sounded a bit weird at first, but I dont think I'll ever eat another western egg sandwich. Good fresh bread too. The curry is subtle and almost makes the bread taste like focaccia (my favorite).Did I mention it is huge!? I'm a bigger guy and its 2 meals for a cost of 80 baht. The owners are really nice (isnt everyone in Pai?)Closed mondays.

We were looking forward to having Christmas Dinner at Silhouette Restaurant. The evening began well with lovely wine and cocktails along with a large cheese and cold meat platter to share. Things went downhill from there as we waited an hour and a half for the main courses to be served. Twice the waitress came by and apologized, both times bringing a plate of crackers for us. I spoke with the manager who also apologized. He sent over a round of drinks and another cheese plate, telling us the mains would arrive in 5 minutes. After another 15 minutes they finally were served The food was good but the wait spoiled our evening. We noticed that people at all the other tables were also waiting and waiting for their food. This is a lovely restaurant in a beautiful setting. Perhaps we were just unlucky...

We were in Pai at the beginning of December and our last dinner was in this restaurant. I have to say we couldnât have any better place to enjoy our last night. The wine and the food were so good, the atmosphere of the place with a very good music taste were so charming and cosy. At the end of the evening we had the chance to talk with the owner which is an incredible woman. Thank you so much for the evening. If I ever go back to Pai Iâll come to visit you.
