This sushi restaurant was one of the first that I visitet in Luxembourg, because it was near to our place and was one of the fist that I knew they would offer a "all you can eat" and a nice little sushi train.The people are friendly and the sushi is great! It doesn't look like made in a factory, there are bigger and smaller pieces, and not a lot different sushi to choose. There are a lot more maki than california, and NOTHING "modern" like cheese or sauces. That's what I like: they are authentic and a bit old fashioned!The sushi has a lot of pickled rice, a taste that you have to like, or not to like. But it's delicious for me and much better than some other restaurants in Luxembourg, who seem to just go with trends and make such "Ã la mode" things like hot sauces, mayonaise, cheese, or meat in them. No, the Fukang seems, like I already said, a bit old fashioned and has never changed the menu since I knew it.Good quality sushi and a lot to eat. Pick the menu by pieces, by sushi train, or by "all you can eat". All you can eat is expensive and only good if you eat much. Else it would be more cheap to choose by pieces!Give it a try, it's a hidden treasure, and not like the other restaurants!

It may sound strange with the mix of french, italian and sushi - but it works. With the advantage that everyone can find something they like. Went for lunch and decided to go for the pave de thon, my absolute favourit. It can be a gamble because as good as it is when it is cooked perfectly, it is terrible if you cook it too much. I forgot to point out that I wanted it to be cooked rare. Fortunately it was served just as it shoud, very goog and tasty. In all a very nice lunch out on the terrace. As close as it is to the city it still feels like you are in the middle of the woods. Very reasonable prices and top quality.Dear Mrs, Mr,Thank you for this beautiful comment. After 3 years of renovations the place recently reopened. They kept most of the old interior decoration which is a welcome change from the usual Chinese Restaurants. But the new chairs are not comfortable, even with the additional cushions. The food stays the same high quality. Fresh, not drowning in glutamate and other dishes. I love the place and go there often with my family.

I don't really get those positive ratings for this place. We purchased this restaurant because of its ratings, and all I can say is that we've been disappointed severely. Maybe they just had a bad day, but that does not excuse the fact that we payed 50 Euro for a more or less disappointing experience. As Thai food lovers we purchased some Thai plates, which, I have to say, were alright. Problem was the service. When my girlfriend found a piece of wire (like from a wired brush) in her rice, they didn't even apologize. At the end of our lunch, we asked for a coffee, but the coffee machine was broken. The atmosphere was already broken at the beginning of our lunch, when two local drinkers came in just to be noisy and to behave themselves like idiots towards the ladies behind the counter. Obviously known by the owner of the restaurant, nobody of the staff felt the need to breeze them out.Everybody should make their own experiences, however I would not recommend this restaurant to anybody. There are a lot of Asian restaurants in Mersch, but Sakura is the worst one I've been so far IMHO.

Excellent Tepanyaki restaurant in Mersch. The restaurant includes 2 big Tepaniaky stations, each one for around 15-20 guests. The show cooking is nicely presented, and the food is of high quality. Service speed is a bit low in peak times. The menu is the same since they opened, it should be changed from time to time.

I discovered Chez ben by accident and have since been back several times. There is a wide selection on the menu, including sushi, some Thai dishes as well as Chinese dishes. The food is tasty (I loved the duck), the service friendly and the prices reasonable. Weekday lunch menu is a buffet. This is real value for money with a selection of sushi, dim sum, salad, soup, noodles, rice and at least two meat and vegetable dishes available. Highly recommended!
