Been there 3 consecutive evenings during a business trip. The ambiance is really good, the service of 1st class and the meat.... well, if I've been there 3 consecutive times, you can immagine that I REALLY enjoyed it. The hamburger was one of the best that I've ever eaten (and I've eaten many really good hamburgers during my trips in the USA...), with the correct "brioche bun" and sweet carolina fries, not easy to be found. The "rumpsteak" of 1st quality, really worth the price. This group of young guys is working well, VERY well.

We had a Quick Dinner on a friday evening at 6pm at cafe del sol in garbsen... Most of the tables close to the Windows had a Reservation but a young waitress told us, if we would finish dinner until 8pm... We had a couple of different Snacks ... Which were ok to good. I like the Restaurant. Its easy going and friendly... But... Our waitress was soooooooo nice and friendly. One of our best restaurant experience this year. Funny was... The waitress told us with bringing the Bill. That we have been two of her nicest guest since long... My therory: treat people as you would like to be treated.... Thanks for this evening....

Average food, average service and nothing extraordinary. In the beginning I was impressed that you could pick the ingredients of your dish and will be cooked for you but the end result was not really what I had hoped for. Took too long and by that time we had to assemble upstairs for the artistic show. had only couple of bites and at the end left hungry!!

Im Eingangsbereich der Therme waren wir hier aus Neugierde und haben dort gleich mal Kaffee getrunken. Da sehr wenig Gäste da sind, kann man per Klingel die Bedienung rufen, was auch sehr gut klappte. Der Kaffee wurde schnell serviert, schmeckte und die angebotenen Kuchen waren ideenreich und sehr lecker. Auch wenn man hier nicht lang sitzen mag, ist es in dieser Einrichtung völlig ausreichend.Die Karte gibt noch viel mehr her - auch als Tages- und Abendkarte.

We enjoyed a very pleasant evening meal, a very well presented Bavarian style restaurant. Good choice of typical dishes including haxe, schnitzel and bavarian snacks.Staff were extremely helpful and efficient.
